I have health issues that cause me to gain weight and this really helped me not only energize my body but sweat and burn fat like hell, not only is my heart beating easier but i can feel my lungs breathe better, this is definitely a must have in your workout routine! can't express just how grateful i am that these people shared these videos, I'm still not able to go without breaks but the fact that i feel motivated is everything!

The best exercise. It's killer, honestly. I want to lose 10 to 15 pounds. I hope it helps. But when I do it, I really sweat. I wore my watch, and it showed that i lost almost 300 calories in just 25 min, and that's really good. I can't expect it. ❤❤ wish me luck to lose weight.

I diet and exercise 15-20 minutes a day. After 20 days, I lost from 78kg to 74kg. Today will be my 2nd season (it starts on August 20th), I will persistently practice this exercise every day and will always check off after completing the exercise. DAY 1: ✓

this was perfect for me today, needed a good quick mood booster, got my heart rate up, i can do all jumps so i just modified sometimes with squats and alternate lunges , for me if i can move 30min a day while i am recovering thats good. i am recovering from pots and was sedentary for 3months after working out my whole life, love the lack of talking and longer intervals, love the punches, gets my heart rate up

This is the start of my weight loss journey. I suffer from PCOS which makes it extremely difficult to lose weight and all too easy to gain it. I am currently 372lbs and I'm sick of being this way partially to my own fault as i live a sedentary lifestyle. This is my day 1 where i aim to complete this workout twice in a day. I will be changing my diet to 2 Slimfast shakes to replace 2 of my meals, and a healthy dinner. Please wish me luck! Day 1: I was only able to get 70% through this video while taking breaks in between. I'm starting out with attempting this workout once a day. Day 2: I fully completed the workout! I had to take a few breaks in between, and also skip the heavy jumping moves but I did it! I will update next after a full week of progress!

Starting at 72.65 kg After 1 month : 70.13 kg Day 1 : Done ✅ Day 2 : Done ✅ Day 3 : Done ✅ Day 4 : Done ✅ Day 5 : Done ✅ Day 6 : REST (also I had a cheat meal and I'm regretting it already) Day 7 : Done ✅ Day 8 : Took rest again as I was tired Day 9 : Done ✅ Day 10 : Done ✅ Day 11 : Done ✅ Day 12 : Done ✅ Day 13 : Rest (had a cheat meal.. again regretting, no cheat meals for 2 weeks straight now) Day 14 : Done ✅ Okay so till day 12, I was already 1.5 kg down (71.1kg), but when I measured my weight on day 14 it was almost 72kg. Maybe it's because I had cheat meals and could not be in a calorie deficit for 3-4 days. It's okay since it was my mistake I won't give up I'll continue this for two more weeks with a proper diet and no cheat meals. Day 15 : Done ✅ Day 16 : Done ✅ Day 17 : Done ✅ Day 18 : Done ✅ Day 19 : Done ✅ Day 20 : REST Day 21 : REST(I had exams lol) Day 22 : Done ✅ Day 23 : Done ✅ Day 25 : Rest Day 26 : Done Day 27 : Rest Day 28 : Rest Okay so I lost almost 2.5 kgs.. My posture has improved and I noticed that I am looking a bit slim. Not much inch loss 😕 but yeah overall I do see major difference in my confidence I feel good about myself now.. It's high time if you wanna shred some pounds, feel good just go for it. Consistency is the key remember you just have to SHOW UP.

wow this made me really sweaty afterwards ! for first triers like me, i highly recommend following your own pace or else you might have a hard time catching your breath later on. dont push yourself too much and manage your breathing !! i completed the workout and did all the exercises but there were times when i took short pauses to allow myself to breathe as i can hear my heart beating so fast. nonetheless, i finished it and it was overall a great workout ! day 1 done ✔️

Loving this exercise & seeing improvements quickly! So hard to get back exercising after a long time of not doing it. First try I was not able to reach even half, but as the day goes by I have gained endurance & stamina, I am now able to finish the whole exercise!

Hi, came across your video. I was very interested but as I previewed the workout, I saw the jumping/bouncing. I was almost discouraged. I'm 67 and have RA, jumping is painful. However, I didn't give up n did the whole routine with some adjustments. I loved it. I enjoyed the music. It gave me energy. A BIG thanks
