This was a great vid! Tell me is it okay to just book a ticket to hike Mt V on the day of arrival or should I book a ticket in advance? I am planning to do it when I visit Naples this year for the first time. And like you I will be up and hiking it early in the morning when it opens 😊

I bought my ticket right there as soon as it opened. It was a beautiful, clear day! Make sure to look into the volcano for the areas of smoke seeping out! It's quite the hike up, but so worth it! Thank you! I planing on waking up early and heading straight up there like you said, so i think ill do just that. I love to hike so i'm so excited to see this. I defiantly will check for smoke seeping out, thanks. Is that the best areas to go hike round then? Or is that a danger zone sort of thing. Ill check your blog as well. Thanks again :)

It depends on your pace but we did it in a couple hours (if that- viewing the top, too).
