Wow. Another nice property. Much desired neighborhood in Ajijic Well designed home with a pool too. Great Location. Close to everything. I lived nearby on Javier Mina and stayed at the Casa de La Abuela Hotel for a month near there in 2019-2020 That could be my favorite neighborhood in Ajijic Ideal home in an ideal neighborhood. You both did a wonderful job showing the home and the owners did a great job finishing the home. What do long term furnished rentals go for in that neighborhood? We would to rent for a but before buying. How far to the closest public pickleball courts?

Thank you for watching and for your kind comments. 1 year leases on this property would be in the $1100-1200 USD range. There are currently 3 rentals (that I know of) in Mision del Lago. The closest public courts are at Real de Chapala hotel which is 1.8 km (6 minute drive) or 23 minute walk.

@@cobblestone977 Mision de Lago get's their water from their own well and it is pumped into two large tinacos above the development. The water is gravity fed into the homes but many homeowners have installed their own "hidromaticos" (pressure tanks) to improve and level the the pressure into the home. They have a good quality and consistent water supply. I'm sorry but I did not look at the water system/filtration on this particular home but I am happy to check it out for you later and report back.
