A man resembling Brian Laundrie driving a ford f-150 flags him down, then inexplicably starts talking about his girlfriend and asks for directions to California. Why? The hiker tells him to take i-40 but Brian goes in the opposite direction. Completely pointless. The hiker didn’t even know what Brian looked like at the time, but interestingly his first instinct was to perform a google search on Brian Laundrie. He probably heard about a high profile killer rumoured to be on the Appalachian trail so his mind went there immediately. (The mind plays tricks when you’re in fear.) Brian Laundrie doesn’t drink or do drugs. When the hiker learned this, he changed his initial description of the man he saw to make it sound more like Brian Laundrie, because he obviously never saw him.

Its the Covid era, all he needs is a mandated mask... who needs a disguise or to not live normally when the entire country is wearing masks? He can literally go shopping, get gas, stay in campgrounds, go to malls, go to fast food etc... He doesn't need to hide or change a thing with the exception of using his I.D. card he can do just about anything. He can be panhandling, holding a sign at a freeway offramp and funding anything he needs to, all while wearing a Covid mask. This is all set up to look real. Brian has lasted much longer running from the Feds and the Police, than ex military men have lasted running from local law enforcement. Even if it's real, the reality is that it's easy to live in a city, and disappear, all you have to do is blend in with the homeless community, especially if wearing a mask is commonplace. NOW, if they made masks illegal, he would stand out. This guy can literally shop at Whole Foods and no one would recognize him.

It seems to me that this was a BIG LIE. Gabby told police she didnt want to be alone when they were going to separate them. So why would she stay behind all those days alone and not post or be on the phone with her family constantly? I believe she was already dead when he flew back to Florida and his parents helped him set everything up so he could go hide. It wouldnt surprise me at all if they got him a place to stay and he's holed up somewhere. I think the parents have been covering for him longer then we think.
