Targeted individuals have been in the news there's documentary's there is evidence of the different types of program's and Ways to hack into peoples minds. What there is not. Is Medical examinations by the people who warn and speak out against the CRIMES that can be commited.. neural rights are Human rights. Medical examinations for targeted individuals. There's ways to detect the Assaults just like there are ways to Trace cell phones or radio stations. There's ways to intercept the signals too.. scary thought for the targeted Victims... but there's ways the authorities can catch the people who commit these crimes.. I hate to admit that Drs Law enforcement and Law firm's are failing the American citizens. EMF sensitivity has been recognized as a real Medical condition. microwave auditory effect is a real Medical condition. When people use this technology intentionally to hurt others it's a CRIME. It's a violaton against our Civil Rights for Law enforcement agencies not to INVESTIGATE.. some people report to the police several times. And nothing gets done to help the victims. Yeah I believe the gov would run Illegal experiments I believe creepy scientist would use this technology to harrass a woman of interest. Or Men.. some people sitting in Thier own yard's are Assaulted and on the News but where is the police? Why are They not looking for the local person that could have the microwave assualt weapons in their garage? Victims have caught criminals on video using microwave energy weapons to shoot at things yard and even assault people. I believe he called when they weren't shooting at his garbage cans but an elderly woman walking past. The police questioned him about why he's recording his neighbor.. SMH There's definitely a problem When law abiding citizens are reporting criminals and law enforcement ignores the criminals and tells the law abiding citizens they shouldn't be recording the criminals activity. Law and order.. just because law abiding citizens are easier to deal with Because they will obey the officers Doesn't Mean the Criminals should be ignored. There needs to be a Medical documentary on target Individuals! Medical proffesionals Neuro specialist EEGs and other Neuro testing to detect what's going on inside the targeted individual mind's.

@sharithompson16722 жыл бұрын
Nope, just no. He most likely smashed her in the head (blunt force trauma found in autopsy) in anger, then realized she’d sustained severe damage and strangled her to avoid having to face the consequences of attacking her, thinking/hoping he’d leave her body and it wouldn’t be found in time or intact enough to determine a cause of death. I think he then went on to concoct this and another different story after the fact to look like a martyr not a monster

If he was hoping that, he wouldn't have deleted himself so quickly.
@sharithompson16722 жыл бұрын
@@Mandy-nt2cs I think that initially he was hoping she wouldn’t be found, or at least not in a state where cause of death could be determined. Hence the texts to Gabby’s mother. It’s also possible that he hadn’t formed a complete plan so used her debit card on the way home to throw off the time of death and the possible location of her body. He couldn’t have been thinking clearly. That’s another reason that I wonder if that “note” wasn’t actually two notes, with perhaps more? Could he have possibly been wondering initially if he couldn’t go into the preserve, leave a sui**** note and disappear, leaving authorities to wonder if the wildlife got his body? It’s unlikely that it would actually fool LE, but less plausible attempts to circumvent capture aren’t uncommon. I’m not a conspiracy theorist by any means, but he did make a number of attempts to avoid detection of his crime initially. Perhaps, with the discovery of her body by social media, and the enormous manhunt that ensued, he may have just given up on the idea of getting away and deleted himself to avoid the punishment and public scorn. He obviously cared about the scorn, all one has to do is look at his excuse letter. I think if he’d thought there was any way to get away with it, he’d have tried to. I don’t for one minute believe he did what he did because he “missed her” or had any remorse for killing her - just remorse he knew he’d be caught.

I think this trip served multiple purposes for Gabby. For Bryan, I think it was just a trip with his soon to be wife…. 🙄 But for Gabby, she postponed the wedding and idea of marrying him and decided to take this trip with him. Just to see how it went and if he was really “the one”. Her mind knew better and she was right to delay marrying him. They took this trip to see how they got along - and judging by videos and reports and eyewitnesses, they had some serious blowouts during the trip and seemed to be deteriorating as it went on and I think it’s safe to assume that she likely decided to cut it with him and possibly revealed that intention. Maybe suggested to just be friends or whatever. But it’s evident she was done with him and likely had a plan to go her own way once she got back home from the trip . But of course, Bryan couldn’t accept that and didn’t allow her to make it back home. I’m jumping to conclusions here and making some assumptions, but these aren’t entirely loose or random concepts. There’s a lot we can decipher based off what we did see along the trip and what we’ve come to learn of the two. I wouldn’t be surprised if it went something like this.

Gabby had large cloth bag. She stopped and looked for a few minutes right in front of the wine cooler. Could they have shoplifted stuff. Very likely. Why was Brian wearing dark glasses in that store. Maybe the last fight was after a drinking incident. This so nearly was my mom’s fate after a night of drinking and fighting. My mom made a lame attempt to throw a slipper at my dad, which missed him by feet. But ANY defiance was seen as a threat to his authority. He rushed her so fast and his hands were squeezing around her throat as she gasped on the floor. My sisters and I screamed and cried for him to let go. He did let go. My mom couldn’t speak for a couple days and was badly bruised and shaken.

I think they were fighting and he pushed her, she fell and got hurt pretty bad. She was still alive but he didn’t want to get help because she was too gone already so he panicked knowing he was already in trouble and figured he would at least put her out of her misery but that was a lot harder than he imagined it would be and he ended up having to strangle her. Then after he did that he probably lost his mind and just acted like she never existed…his parents either knew everything or they baby him so much that they fed into this weird behavior and were unaware of what was going on but knew something wasn’t right (hence why they wouldn’t answer her parents and whatnot) parents know when their kids are being weird so 🤷🏼♀️ I do think he either came back to his senses and offed himself or they had his teeth pulled in Mexico and planted this evidence. So he faked his own death and is alive still. People do that, it’s weird but it happens 🤷🏼♀️

Abusive partners are often manipulative and narcissistic. We see many narcissists in society that believe their way was correct and right even before death. I don’t really believe Brian didn’t kill her out of anger. A loved one would contact someone to try to save their loved ones life even if their was no hope for the loved one. We hardly ever take no for an answer as humans when wanting to save a loved ones life even if they have to go through chemo or other painful experiences to live. This doesn’t sound anything like a rational human beings words. Not to mention strangulation and blunt force is not the way you would put a loved one to rest. Not that there are any good ways, but rather people would want a loved one go at the doctor with pain meds etc. He could have clearly carried her to the van since he was able to move her to bury her.

They were doing the van life thing so they never went too far from the van. In the video that led investigators to her we saw the van parked on the side of the road and very close to the field where she was found. Personally I think it is more likely that they had another dispute and she ran into the field to get away from him.I am bothered by the fact that gabby was on social media with the van life channel and after they were pulled over they were made to come back to the town where they would have been in the same vicinity as the two girls who were also into van life and were found dead. I just can not look past them all being in the same place and the girls having common interests and all three are dead.

I remember hearing that Florida doesn't have a law against aiding & abetting a criminal. A panel was discussing it on KZbin right after the parents started acting shady and let Brian get away. Do you happen to know if that's true?

The relevant law in question would be Florida Statutes 777.03(1)(c) which says: "Any person who maintains or assists the principal or an accessory before the fact, or gives the offender any other aid, knowing that the offender had committed a crime & such crime was a capital, life, first degree, or second degree felony, or had been an accessory thereto before the fact, with the intent that the offender avoids or escapes detection, arrest, trial, or punishment, is an accessory after the fact." For the record in Statute 777.01(2)(a) [the next subsection of the same statute,] it details what the classification of the crime would be for doing this: "If the felony offense committed is a capital felony, the offense of accessory after the fact is a felony of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084." Now, presumably the parents don't have felony records so 775.084 is not relevant here. But, 775.082 describes the lengths of prison sentences for crimes & 775.083 describes the financial penalties for crimes. Statute 775.082(b)(1) describes how a first degree felony is punishable by up to 30 years in prison or if specifically provided for by statute up to life imprisonment... obviously the statute doesn't specifically mention that so it is up to 30 years. Statute 775.083(1)(B) describes the financial penalty for a first or second degree felony is up to $10,000. The financial penalty can either not be in addition to any imprisonment period, can be on top of any imprisonment period, or can be the only consequences in lieu of being imprisoned. Based on your mention of it being "right after the parents started acting shady & let Brian get away," I'm guessing that it was before her body was found [I don't remember the exact timeline of events.] So, the accessory laws in Florida only apply to felony crimes of some degree. The lowest level felony crime is 3rd degree felonies, & the part of the law for those specific crimes do not apply to if someone is the spouse, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, brother, or sister to the offender of the crime. The law does apply if the underlying crime was a set of crimes against a child under the age of 18 or if they are any crime more severe than a 3rd degree felony. So, prior to the body being found it couldn't be classified as murder & in fact I don't even think it could technically be classified as any type of crime or in the unlikely event they could classify as some type of crime it would've been a misdemeanor crime since she was still missing. When they believed they had enough proof that Brian was the one who killed her [i.e. the level of proof they would have in order to charge him officially & take him to court for trial if he had been alive,] the parents became open to being charged with this crime if there was enough evidence [if they even bothered to try & look for any evidence of them breaking this law.] The parents definitely knew at some point prior to everyone else that Brian killed her, though whether or not enough, or any, evidence could be found to prove this is a different question. Since they were completely uncooperative with the police during the investigation up till they informed the authorities Brian was missing [though not until 4 days after he left.] While they initially gave authorities a date that was 1 day later than the actual date he had left, they later corrected this. As to whether or not this had been intentional I don't really know, I mean I lean towards it being a genuine mistake because I can't really think of or see what gain there would've been to give the wrong day by 1 day more recent than the real one. He was almost certainly already dead at that point, his parents had went to pick up & drive back to their house his car 3 days prior to them calling to say Brian was missing.

@@aaronhoy3410 thanks, that good to know. My feeling about the date change is that it had to do with making sure Brian got away in time, and also had the confession letter to copy by hand in his notebook. Roberta Laundrie is too sharp and calculating to forger anything. She played the police and the FBI. They all did.

From mosesandrooth law firm: FLORIDA RELATED PERSON EXEMPTION Under Florida law, a spouse, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, brother or sister, or a person otherwise related by blood or marriage to the principal actor cannot be charged with aiding and abetting under most circumstances. However, extended family members could face charges, including aunts, uncles, or cousins. What is the rationale behind the related person or family exemption? The reasoning is that it is unrealistic to expect family members to turn in their spouse, child, parent, etc. The duty to one’s family will often outweigh any responsibility a person might feel toward their moral or legal obligations. As a result of these public policy concerns, the Florida legislature has carved out this exemption to aiding and abetting. Exception To The Exemption There is an important caveat to the exemption. If the crime involves child neglect, child abuse, or results in the death of a child, the related person exemption does not apply. Any family member, regardless of whether they are immediate or not, can be charged.

He probably was so used to abusing her that he killed her and didn’t realize this time he had gone too far. Then he realized there was no going back and he would go to jail. He ended it all because he didn’t want to face a trail and the media growing and he took the cowards way out. The letter seems to place the blame on gabby saying that’s what she wanted. She wanted to live not die at his hands. Either way he screwed himself and this time he couldn’t get out of it.
