I am watching this from far away in South East Asia. I realise it doesn't matter even if you can't understand each other's languages as long as you treat the other person like a friend. People will respond positively when we treat them well. While Tim was referring to bears liking berries Sergui was talking about beers which are also handmade. They were not discussing the same matter but what does it matter bcs both men were laughing. Sergui's mom was laughing too! I enjoy watching people interact in a friendly/safe manner. Bravo Tim Tense,all the best!!!

What Marius was trying to tell you was that the mushrooms he showed you are all the same kind "family", I think in romanian are called"hrib/hribi(plural) " but some of them was baby mushrooms. He tried to tell you that the big /completely opened mushroom are too old and than a lower quality what it's available even for the shops bought champions. Congratulations! Great pictures, huge spirit of nature love.

And they are called Karl Johan / Porcini (in Italian). When going into the forest, any forager looks specifically for this type of mushroom because they taste amazing and you can trade them. The big ones don't have much value, they are the 3rd category with green sponges. They will fall into the 2nd category if they have a yellow sponge. They will be in 1st category if they are white and hard underneath. I have family in Vatra Dornei, every kid is taught how to go into the woods and find these mushrooms. I absolutely love this about my country. Hope the tradition will stay alive. About the littering, we are sorry you had to experience this. We have a long go to educate everyone, people don't have a sense of respect for our country. They cut the forest, and give the wood for nothing. There is all kinds of corruption, not only the littering. Thank you for supporting this project, it's not only good for the communities, but it educates children on the matter. Lots of young volunteers are involved in keeping Via Transilvanica clean.

On 8 October, in the Alba Carolina Fortress, we will meet to celebrate Via Transilvanica Day - The Grand Opening! :) At present, all of the approximately 1,400 km of Via Transilvanica is laid out, but not all kilometres have received funding. The Tășuleasa Social organization has used funds from the sales of Tibi Ușeriu's book, a national bestseller, to complete the road. When we get close to kilometre zero, which would mean integral funding for the Via Transilvanica long-distance trail, we'll put the final milestones up for auction.

About "overcharging", it's an older thought, especially of the people who never worked /lived in the west Europe, that the foreigners are having a lot of money and for them it doesn't matter, something that was really happened in the '90 when the difference between the west Europeans money and romania was huge. Because of the EU new requirements, the leveling of the gas energy and all most products prices if they never worked in the west Europe they are still living in that past.
@timtense2 жыл бұрын
I realized that. It's a thought that still lives in many countries but it damages the reputation of a hotel or even a country in the long run. Sadly enough 😔
@ionelghiorghita6882 жыл бұрын
I know, I'm also working with clients as plumer and many other jobs and some times this jobs are tricky and even if I said a price for the job and I have to work double, if the client don't make the difference, I don't say nothing (to overcharge) but I'm finishing the job to the same quality level. It's not them case knowing exactly what they sale and what is the general level of the prices. Hopefully the competition will solve the problem.

first of all I like your video dude, as a guy from Romania that is into hiking, beware of bears all the time not just after sunset. that sign is to discourage you to hike when no or little daylight. But anyway I think dogs are more dangerous than bears (I mean shepperd's dogs and not wild or domestic dogs that you would meet in any town) regarding the mushrooms yeah don't eat anything that you can't recognize as safe. If they say a snail can eat a mushroom that is safe then just find a snail and put it on the mushroom and see what happens
