I know that country well, and I like the tone of this piece.

Great travel and hiking adventures! That traffic jam is quite common going over Newfound Gap during the fall. I remember one year it took over two hours to get from Cherokee to Gatlinburg.

Wow! Well, at least the scenery is nice while you're stuck in the traffic jam, haha.

Hi, This was super enjoyable travelogue video to watch. Thanks for all effort to put together. I’m trying to decide between a Westy and a more peace-of-mind B class RV. Regardless, super fun to watch your trip. Thanks for putting together.

I’m sure you know the NC area. I did a Jeep Wrangler tour in western NC. Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Asheville area. Very fun. You could do a “Movie trip.” Lake Lure is famous for “Dirty Dancing”, Chimney Rock is famous for “Last of the Mohicans.” Asheville has Biltmore Estate. I’m sure that’s been in some movie. Thanks again. Very fun watching. I’ve shared with others.

Thanks!!! Haha! What's that old saying? If you buy a car that you don't look back at every time you park, you got the wrong one. lol

One can measure the left daylight by hand? Does that really work? Nice trip. Thanks for taking us along.

I believe it's every hand width the sun is above the horizon is equal to an hour (each finger is 15min) of sunlight left. Not sure how accurate it is, or if its accurate everywhere, but it worked well enough where we were. Thanks for watching!

How did the long coolant hoses hold up? What was the hose cost?
@gottasplit57074 жыл бұрын
I can't remember the cost, but they weren't cheap. They are still on the van and haven't leaked yet.
