I'm not 100% on that but I imagine it gets some decent traffic in the summer. We went in September and there were only a handful of people. However I dont think the path to the summit is clear of snow/ice until sometime in late july/ early August. Cheers!

how long does it take to get there ( the summit) from starting point?!

Depends on how fast you move... It's close to 15km each way. Starts off with 6km of switchbacks going atleast 1km in elevation. If you leave early in the morning you could do it all in a day, but if I were to do it again I would still camp for the night.
