Hey Chris, i'm looking forward to buy me a new snowboard. I go with the T-Rice Pro HP but I don't know which size I should choose. Maybe you can help me out (you rode the t-rice pro last season). I'm 5'11 (181cm) tall, weight 170-180lbs (75-80kg), bootsize 11. Should I go with the 157Wide or with the 161.5Wide. I don't know if the 161.5 might be too slow edge to edge in comparison to the 157Wide. I ride groomers, powder, trees and carve a little bit. Which one would you recommend? Thank you a lot for your help!

I will hopefully get a few turns on some boards while I'm here but happy to shred at the moment. Comor Whistler has lots of great demo boards I should be able to get my hands on. But TJ is riding a new board every day but he is doing the board reviews once he gets back to Canada
@marekmagyar51192 жыл бұрын
korua dart or storm chaser? what are the differences?
@ChrisEyres2 жыл бұрын
Storm Chaser feels stiffer. Jeremy Jones says he uses SC for low angle medium speed cruising which is what I think it's best for. You can carve on it and it's quite good, but Dart is better at carving and just a bit more versatile around the mountain IMO

Dude you guys just left Kev alone? What if something had happened to him? Kinda scary to separate in a place like this.
@ChrisEyres4 жыл бұрын
Just flip that whole situation and you've got it right. It the responsibility of the fast person to stay with the slow people. My body started to shut down near the top. Keeping up with Kev to just before the peak and I physically couldn't keep up but he wanted to summit. I could barely ride down, definitely the hardest hike up and most painful ride down I've had. I didn't manage to summit (so so close, but I couldn't tell from where I was) but believe me, if I could have I would have

Chris Eyres sure man, I get it and understand that Kevin was too far ahead of you guys. That’s on him. Still, just basing my opinion on the video (and I’m aware that it doesn’t show the full story) I’d probably have waited for him before riding down. Anyway, have a blast over there and stay safe 🤙🏻
