I have spring and summer allergies, and happened on a formula when a friend gave me a supplement he had. I reengineered his supplement a little to save money. I'm using quercetin and N-acetylcysteine (NAC), and taking about half the dose, or less, recommended on the bottles. It knocked my allergies down 90% immediately. I asked my doctor first, and he had no objections. I concluded I'd rather do this than take a lot of antihistamines. If I were in your shoes, I probably wouldn't experiment with something new on the trail, but I thought I'd mention it for the future.

That adorable little girl brought her cat out for you to see! ❤️ What a sweet thing to do. I have horrible allergies and asthma. Thank God for Allegra and Primatene! The pollen must be insane out there due to the geographical season difference. Ricola dual action drops, hot tea, and sinus massages are helpful. Feel bettah 9L ✌️

Really enjoy your videos. In 2017 my wife and I, along with a few friends, went to Marysville for the first 4th of July Parade in over 100 years. The ladies throwing jello shots from a float were a memorable highlight. This is my backyard. I'll be starting the CDT in early August and will look to your videos as guidance. Such a neat little town from the past! You definitely deserve a good bed after that long stretch without water. Take care of yourself. I have allergies real bad and when I have that sinus pressure I take Sudafed it does wonders.

I love small "ghost" towns. It is amazing as you said Marysville mine was the richest mine in the country but look at the town. You would have never known. I have to give you guys credit for knocking out 20+ mile hikes. I cannot imagine doing those.

When you get home find a local farmers market and pick up some local raw honey. It has small amounts of pollen in it and will help with your allergies. Hike on dude😊

Enjoying the hike and stopping to enjoy things always comes first. That’s why I’m out here-the miles I do allow me to get where I want at a decent time and enjoy things along the way! Everyone is different this is just what works best for me and the people I hike with

Allergies suck. I get a steroid shot every year to deal with it. Good to see you getting rested up and plenty of carbs to burn. The only time I ever really crave fast food is after a long hike. Good work being grateful even when you're feeling rough.

awesome! thank you for this CDT series...we are now talking about doing it bc of you... chk out d r b e r g YT.... posted yesterday ithink Jul 22... the d a r k s i d e o f the f a s t f o o d ind ustry... im in 26 months getting off american diet... and wished i was educated a looong time ago and knowledgeable about the extreme overwhelm of food supply in america places on our bodies.... i run backcountry motos for weeks and months on end...extreme hard rides solo with camp kits etc etc...buring 5000-8000 calories per session ...just saying i know the cycle... food qualities seriously affect my trip and is soo hard to balance out in small underserved towns... long story short ... yes extreme temps and wierd pollens are a problem for the body to process and keep inflammation at bay... but food in america ...is NOT fuel... i got the basic education down on body chemistry but it is taking long time to get a system that properly fuels the body in advance for the burn im about to incur ahead in the day...blah blah ... anyway pour 74grams sugar from a supersized mc D on a plate and consider just...eating that.. annnd that is what woke me up to where my inflammation is coming from...
