Yeah,looks like them Keebler elves have all left the country,lol. Once your body gets use to low carb you should feel a whole lot better.I have to eat low carb since I'm diabetic and I keep my daily carb intake to 20 grams or less. Great hike Joe!

Yeah previous attempts to do this have been unsuccessful as I've had some negative side-effects. I'm doing it a little differently now starting with cutting specific carbs and limiting my intake in general.
