I have a question. An IP camera with PoE power supply is available. On the board the transformer PDT2431SR on a datasheet, on contacts 3/4 power supply of 33-57 volts, contacts 1/2 is 12 volts, contacts 5/8 and 6/7 is 5 volts. So that's the question if I immediately apply to the contacts 1/2 power 12 volts? Will it work?

all ipcam i repair like hikvision dahua bosch vivotek have only one ouput on the chooper transformer. output normally is 12 volts the on the circuit will divide using ic to required on the system 3.3v 5v 1.5v so if you inject 12dc on the second filter all system will work. Do you have picture of ur poe circuit pls send i will chk. and what issue u encountered? why u need to do that?

yes if you apply 12 dc it will work that is the main output voltage of the poe. this poe is like step down circuit in is 58 volt then step down to 12 dc and theres a regulator to reduce 5 and 3.3

Hello, the poe input does not work on my 2 cameras, the same as the camera model that I watched the video. Camera works from extra 12v input. I found the short circuit diodes and disabled them by watching your video. camera worked via poe. I did the same on the other camera but it didn't work. Is there a problem somewhere else, how can I find it?

chk mo un bridge diode kung walang short. next un ic sa poe module reheat mo pag ayaw parin plug mo un dsp module sa poe test mo 2nd filter kung di short next time upload ako ng full troubleshooting ng ipcam

because this surge protector is not good so brige diode will short. removed that protector ur camera will getting any issue

removed this and ur cam is working no issue. cam is still protected because this poe circuit is adjustable like psu switching type

I am using Dahua NVR & cameras. They were working fine for 3 months. But suddenly some of the cameras fail to start by PoE. The NVR PoE failed too. I even updated the firmware of the NVR but no change. Now I installed a separate power cable to each cams and use power adapter to power the cameras.

@@getachew94 this is hardware issue not fw but first you need to identified which one have the hardware problem. did you try plug this faulty camera on the nvr poe working port? if yes its mean you camera poe having problem. i will chk this dahua cam how this poe design. pls send me the model

هذه الكاميرا تعطل فيها استقبال التغذية الكهربائية poe .. اي لم تعد تعمل بكابل الشبكة كتغذية كهربائية وليس كبيانات . اما البيانات فهو يعمل . لذا يقوم باصلاح الدايودات التي تعطلت .. نتيجة ربما التماس كهربائي في كابل الشبكة لعدة اسباب .
