do you mean the pre-recorded audio from the VCA trigger? It doesn’t support LIVE audio from the app anymore due to hardware issue

I also have a question. It seems the functions that enabled the PIR, Siren and Flasher functions are imbedded in the particular DVR you use as demo. The PIR plus VMD (DualTech) is a good idea. It should reduce false alarms considerably. But the flashing lights are a bit gimmicky.

Have you got any videos on setting the strobe trigger with the new UI firmware - V5.7.18 i have a DS-2CD2387G2-LSU/SL with the supplment light off but i can't get a motion trigger with the strobe

So we will be very restricted with time settings for audio warnings, right. Since there is nou audio schedule setting like in IP cameras, I have to assign audio linkage to say motion, then set an after hours schedule. But if I want to record triggers 24/7, I have to use VCA, of which I am only allowed 2 or 4 channels. How do I work around this?

On the DVR front end if you go to motion and then the tab that has the light and siren tick box, press the gear icon and set the light and sound schedule as required doesn’t need to match the motion side 😊

Hi got a new color vu but it will not let set the trigger alarm on a dvr as it old one as I have up data to the pastes firmware but still no luck and can’t get to do color at nite as well as I got 24/7 color vu as well they working 💯 any ideas why or dose not work on the older dvr DS-7104 modes

they don’t plan to , it actually does distort the image and its quality and therefore choose the white light method to give the best image possible ,

I have one question, I have on ds-7232hqhi-k2, and I connect this camera DS-2CE72DF3T-FS with audio, I make all the configuration put Video & Audio, and still don´t work, I can hear anything in that channel, I try connect 2 more cameras, but I cannot select video & audio, only show video. Your DVR is old or less compatible. I have two Accusense dvrs. Custom audio works on one. but not with the other
