Why does my new Hikvision come with HVR 4.0? I have also downloaded update and it just says HVR. Also l am getting lots of detection alerts because it is only recording for about 10 seconds in each frame and l don't know how to adjust. I would appreciate any help please 🙏 .

Thats a hikvision brand & it will show the hikvision logo automatically when you turn on your dvr device

Worst software ever. Keeps going off. You have to uninstall it then reinstall it.
