I remember when I came across your videos about 8 years ago, I was in university back then, and trying to find some cheap ways of cooking for a student living in a dorm. I remember you had a nice Mexican dish and I commented on your blog about it. I just wanted to say that 8 years later i'm still watching and always super excited to watch how super funny and humble and chill you are. 8 years later i'm now a chef and am still using some of your recipes. I commented my little celebration before watching because it was all I could think. But now I have finished and I cannot wait to challenge myself to also start winging dinners! The number one thing I missed about your videos was how casual, yet informative they are. You talk to your viewers like we're there with you in your kitchen. You have the high production value, but the humble and genuine personality of an early KZbin chef filming with a 12 megapixel digital camera perched on a stack of cookbooks. And yet we still learn so much! Not just one single recipe, but many tips and tricks that can apply to countless other recipes. Hi Hilah 👋 In Italy we pronounce "risotto" as ri'z'otto and the double T pronounced as a strong T. I make risotto with pumpkin, too and traditionally we use sage or rosemary with pumpkin preparations. I'm so glad you're back..... ❤ from Florence
