Love that Homeowner's safety precautions didn't include warning any of his neighbours bar yelling "Fire in the hole!"

Lessons in Anytown Ohio: you can never be prepared enough for what your neighbor reserves to you.

7:32 Is that Zak's definition of a "really cool goldfish"? I would imagine a goldfish wearing a really cool outfit

I like to imagine that Homeowner’s unseen fourth neighbor to the south is Joe whose house was targeted by Adam Arsonist & Flame, Esther to the East is Dr. Pharm’s daughter and the mom who uses guns to protect her kids and traumatize thieves, Nathan to the North is the FSI flying instructor, William to the West is the attorney whose house was burglarized by robber & jogger, and Homeowner himself is the same Bob who has two plot-irrelevant girlfriends and snitched on his ex-roommate Dan’s arson attempt against competing restaurants.

7:45 So if an Anytown Ohio resident were to purchase the shirt, come across Coby the Cobra but be confident they’re okay because they’re wearing a cobra-proof shirt, agitate Coby by getting too close, and get bitten in self-defence through the shirt, would they be able to sue you, and if so, on what charges? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Fun fact! One of my coworkers did a research project a while back and found out that about 100 years ago when they were planting some of the oldest trees in the park where we work they used dynamite to make the holes. They were planting on one of the small islands in the lake, so they did the work in winter and used horses to drag everything across the ice.
