This adorable mix is a relatively new designer breed, first introduced to America in the 1990s. As a mix, they are not officially registered as a breed of their own, but as the product of two pure breeds, they still get an honorable mention. Goldendoodles are both athletic and intelligent with an added bonus of being hypoallergenic (don't shed) perfect for all the people with allergies.

I finally got a Goldendoodle a couple of months ago. She’s 7 months old and like yours at the time. My baby girl is really big already. She so lovable and adorable 🥰 She’s with me almost every day and when I have to leave her she just cries. When I get back she’s so happy to see. I never knew dog love until Goldie came along 🐩♥️

@@mysonsamuel6336 Goldendoodles are naturally very outgoing and adventurous dogs. If a goldendoodle doesn’t have training, they will remain a puppy-like behavior. My goldendoodle is trained to listen and obey my family, but when he goes outside, he’ll go wild 👁👄👁

Don't get one...get a standard poodle and leave him shaggy. Do a round poodle face. Doodles are a designer backyard breed with unknown health issues and the bad traits of cross breeds. They are not as smart as standard poodles, nor are they hypoallergenic like the standard poodle.

@@Jamie.Baring Just please educate yourself from a vet and show handler and professional groomer. You know the original creater of the doodle regrets it....do your research. Stop enabling the backyard mutt breeders. Call them doodle whatever but fact is they are just a Mutt your paying a lot of money for and will be paying a lot of money for grooming and never going to be as smart as a standard poodle or lab or golden...plz save urself...u can actually adopt homeless mutt from shelter who looks just like a doodle but needs a home. I see them there all the time. It's so sad. But hey... don't listen to me now make my words one day when I have this pup u will think man that person on KZbin was right...

Except for the groomer or an educated purebred enthusiasts. Doodles are nothing compared to the true standard poodle...which hey people btw u know u can just leave a standard poodle shaggy and Wala u got ur doodle look but without all the problems of stupidness and hyperness and ugh....I've met thousands of doodles and only a handful I actually liked and were actually calm and no skin problems

Hi. Congrats on your new puppy. I also want to start the process of getting a goldendoodle but don’t know where to start. I’ve been looking online but they are pricey. (around 5000). Is this price right? May I asked where did you get yours? This is the first time getting a dog.

@@paulantz7222 I searched for hours online and contacted many breeders over the course of a few weeks. You’re right, most were priced anywhere between $3400-$6000. I wasn’t ready to spend that much money on a dog so I scoured the market on Craigslist and found a breeder without reputation and took a chance. I only paid $1800 but it seems I got lucky. I wouldn’t recommend doing what I did because who knows what you might end up with.

Golden doodles are the most adorable, friendly and loyal dog. They are like fluffy teddy bears. Not a very good watch dog because of their friendly demeanor. But they are the best. We have a mini golden doodles and he is very precious to us.

All groomers hate doodles but only cuz the pet parents underestimate the grooming maintenance $80 every 6 wks minimum to keep them looking like a true doodle... otherwise u get an shaved down doodle which no offense but not so good looking...
