Does the bike have gears

They have a gearbox, they only use neutral for a short warm up then shift into fist and stay in it until the end of the run.

Possibly, but they may struggle with power on the small single cylinder engines of a trials bike.

@@tooge47 No, Riding trials bike is totally different to what these guys are doing and the top riders in trials are fantastic at what they can do with their bikes! I am learning to ride trials bikes (check my channel) I also ride s 650 sports tourer but I would not sit on one of these hill climb bikes! These guys are a special kind of mad rider!
