Maxpedition makes a velcro holster that fits perfect.

The velcro in the last pocket is designed for a velcro hook backed holster. I personally use the crossbreed holsters when carrying in hill people gear kit bags. This followed up with a blue force gear spandex/nylon double mag pouch in the same section or in the first section.

Good review from someone who’s actually used the product for running.

I made the same set up with a trigger guard, I additionally added a type of rip cord with key rig to help in opening the bag. Yes, there are companies that make holsters that you can add a strip of hook/loop to the back and secure on the velcro section of the bag. Look up cook’s holsters.

Vertx sells "tactigami" holsters that attach via velcro. I have personally used two of their holsters and one for roughly 3 years with no issues. I plan to get ome of those kit bags and just stick my tactigami holster in it. Thanks for the video man

Do you ever wish you'd gotten the actual 'runners' bag instead of the normal kit bag? The runners version comes without the middle pouch you use for a light, but might shed weight. How has the weight felt here and whats your running mileage with it look like?

I like it for running. It fits the bill just fine for me. However, I use this kit bag a ton for backpacking. The middle pouch holds my gear perfectly without having to walk with gear in my pockets. As far as running goes, I probably have close to 30 miles on it. I’m guessing close to 60 miles on backpacking trips.

Would you prefer running with the bag or with the enigma? Trying to decide on a purchase@@lethal_engagement_solutions
@lethal_engagement_solutions Жыл бұрын
@@gardnerbeach8069 For me, If I’m going to carry my gun when I run, I also feel the need to carry my ID and phone. The kit bag is a place for all of that. The enigma is great, but I prefer not to run with stuff in my pockets. The gym is great place of the enigma. It’s also great for dress clothes. If I had to choose for running, I’m going kit bag. Get the runners strap too.

Is this the snubby or medium original kit? It looks bigger than the snubby. Thanks.

What's the difference between the runners snubby and the snubby kit bag ? And which one do you have ? Thanks
@lethal_engagement_solutions Жыл бұрын
This is not the snubby size. The snubby doesn’t appear to have the middle panel with molle.

how did you make the holster?

With a holster press. I might just make a video on it.

I just run with it mostly. I have a light and red dot on the Hellcat Pro so there’s no way i could put it in this bag with a minimalist holster.
