On my comment about sleep disorder I was tested at Cleveland Clinic and I had sleep apnea and narcolepsy! My boss would have hired me back! but the Lawyers wanted to take it to the supreme court! ( they knew I couldn't afford that )

@45:30 My belief is that the VA does this to cause even more stress on a veteran, making veterans unalive faster. Stress causes veterans to be unalive faster than any other aliment. By doing this, the VA won't have to pay out anything. A veteran will be long unalived after a decision has been made. Some type of law should hold the VA responsible for this CLEAR ERROR AND/OR reimburse the next of kin (No, and NOT JUST DIC benefits).

I have been diagnosed ith arthritis for overc10byears and understand that it is now accepted as an Agent Orange connected condition. Is this correct and if I file to increase my disability rating, what percentage rate is the arthritis going to cange i? I am currently at 60% and have had surgery on my back which was due to arthritic deposits and have current neck issues due to the arthritis as well.

I was in the Army 3 years! Then I was in the Air force worked 29 years let go because of a sleep disorder went to court said I Won ! but the Air Force Lawyers toke it to a higher court Again I won! Court after Court each I won then the last Court was the Supreme Court. They told me I would have to pay my own way! Pay Hotel Rates plus all my Witness's and room & food. And of course I didn't have that much money! So today I only got 1,200 a month and since July this year toke off 200 because the State of Florida is not paying Medicaid.

If you were given asymptomatic for condition during entry exam, if filing for that condition later do you file direct or secondary. because they are diagnosing you but there is no problems proof of soundness

Hey, Carol and Matthew, where is Gerry Baker? The three of you all is like winning an NBA Championship. Your team is the "dream team." Reference the question getting sleep apnea, secondary to rhinitis or sinusitis, after reading your colleague Chris Attig's website in 2012, I was able to get sleep apnea service-connected, on my first submmison. The C&P examiner wrote my nexus statement and rationale. The examiner used rhinitis, but I filed using both conditions. Thanks! Air Force, Vietnam Era Veteran, 1971-2001.

I was 170 and lost 10 percent. When I went to 160 I lost my SMC but I thought that long as you was 100% and had to combine the 60 you would get SMC.

How long this it take for a remand claim to process

FYI,I was advanced on docket(age) and it took 23months and 2 weeks for approval after the claim was remanded by a judge.Even at that they still missed the original claim date by 3 years.Best of luck to you.

Had lung cancer in April along with my 100% P& T question is they tried to sweep lung cancer under the rug by combining with another cancer totally different when does the supposed treatment end even though I go every three for MRI for it ?

I was denied sleep apnea service connection in 2014 a so redid recently denied again even my dr at time gave statement under her care while in reserves but when on active duty had chronic fatigue and dizziness and other was treated do i have an option left.

hello my husband is 70% but according to his pay term: pension compensation. VA then comes back after appeal for increase and TDIU, now he has 4 C&P'S. He cannot work , he is struggling too bathe, clean and a litany of other depression issues... He has been in patient to Rocky Mountain VA psy. twice in two years. He cannot function without his medications. He is struggling in all platforms of life with very little improvement. ALSO our DMV denied him his DV plates stating it did not say permanently disabled, very vague technicality? or is this something you have seen?

Legacy 2003 finalized reconsideration with new restricted evidence, or 0995 supplemental w/new evidence and then fight for earlier date? Can I contact you for representation?

Looking for Government help to buy equipment for my business a CNC router cost 4,000 dollars, the Government will sent a student to school and they come out as dumb as they went in! but now they cant afford equipment for their business because they have to pay there student loan off! What can be done??
