Refused claim for ED. Scheduled for CP Exam by QTC, it never happened. QTC said they had all the info they needed to make a decision, asked for copy of the exam through the FOIA. Three questionnaire were submitted. There was questions that I could of only answered. I claimed, that the medications, I was taking for heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure was the reason that was causing the ED. I feel I was wrongly diagnosed, which caused the denial of my claim.

Question, I had neck surgery Aug. 13, 2024 I was in the hospital for 3 1/2 months and before this I was sent to C&P Exam they gave me 20% left leg and 20% right leg for tinging and numbness and never damage in my legs and feet the same Exam showed my upper body with numbness, tinging, and pain in both shoulders, arms, and hands and neck to the point I had to have neck surgery due to pinched never in my neck I should've been awarded upper body but they came up with favorable findings for upper body but then I was told I needed neck surgery ASAP so I had the neck surgery Aug. 13, 2024 now I'm told to filed a supplemental form for my claims I've been out of work for 2 yrs. and just getting out of the VA hospital on Nov. 15, 2024 I was told I couldn't file for 100% being in the hospital for more than 21 days due to it was not service connected is this right?

Thank You for All Your help. Went from 20% to 100% P and T 2years ago. I still have a Sleep Apnea claim that had a DTA. I’m filing for A&A because 40% back 10 % both Hips 10% both knees 30% Left foot 10% Tinnitus 10% skin condition. All stactic sorry 40% inconsistent Uncontrollable.

What if I was operated on by Long Beach naval hospital after boot camp, and I received a letter regarding my disability claim, and states that my injury was due to prior service? And denied? But I was rated for scar 0 but not the operation on my hip?

First doctors stated that it was cancer on my hip but later said no cancer and had no idea where or what happened?

By the way I have been trying to retrieve my medical records from the operation with no luck! And I don’t understand the workings of the system to get my medical information

Wouldn't we be grandfathered in with regards to TDIU if Project 2025 comes about and we already have TDIU prior to? It is atrocious the things that I am hearing about V.A. disability, we are coming under attack for having served our country and filed for much deserved benefits! The Economist calls our benefits, "absurdly generous!"

I recently filed an HLR on 6 issues, won 5 and the other was returned for correction waiting for decision….. thanks for all your knowledge. Was close to giving up after 10 years battling the Va but I’m back in the fight… Is Radiculopathy a presumptive condition and if so how can I connect..I had 97 airborne jumps and 48 months over 5 combat deployments in my 20 years active service as a combat Eng. Please advise

It’s not presumptive but you can claim it SECONDARY to your BACK if your back is already service connected.
