I'm interested in going to some events and building my manual golf R into a hill climb/sprint car it looks really fun, loved the advice! Is it free to spectate events?

Hi Alex, that sounds great! It depends on which event you are looking to attend, it will be down to the organising club. Usually you will need to purchase a ticket on the gate to spectate.
