I cant help but cry everytime. Liverpool and the people took me in and I took Liverpool to my heart. As a Glaswegian and a Rangers fan, I know tragedy and how much it hurts. Theres a bond that will always be there between the 66 and the 96 but the spirit I see when I go anywhere in the city, whether your red or blue or whatever, the city is unique that it's rivalry in football is magnified 10 times in its ability to come together in times of sadness. Liverpool is my home now and I love it.

In 1989 at a FA Cup semi final, 96 Liverpool FC fans were crushed by a falling stand. For a long time the fans were blamed, and only now has the report that blamed them been rubbished and the fans been proven innocent.
