It’s really heartbreaking to see how inflation and recession impact low-income families. The cost of living keeps rising, and many struggle just to meet basic needs, let alone save or invest. It’s a reminder of the importance of finding ways to create financial opportunities. You've helped me a lot sir Robert! Imagine i invested $50,000 and received $190,500 after 14 days

In the guilded age, average people could buy or build houses large enough for 12 children. Today, people can't buy or build houses at all. The monopolies have to go. It's unconstitutional for a reason. Because monopolies concentrate wealth, creating the vacuum up economy. Constitutional money. Gold and silver will prevent that. There's no such thing as digital gold. Currency has to be fully exchangeable for gold and silver, physical coins at banks. It's the only way to have a golden age. Without a ring bit to restrain politicians and industrialists, the birth rate will decline until there's no natural born Americans left alive. Jesus Christ rules the world! Praise God!

What is missing from the slide presented at 8:23 is that the surplus value generated by the poor and middle working class is being converted to the markets so that investors literally click a few buttons on a dashboard to extract it. I would argue that this is one of the principal reasons why Americans have not, and won't see raises in their wages. All of that surplus value is being moved into the market for others to extract. That's the bad news; the good news is that anyone who knows how to construct an investment portfolio can directly access this surplus value. It's literally there for anyone to take - the catch is that no one tells you how this is done and the rich are NOT talking although it is obvious they know as they are using it on a consistent and unprecedented basis.

Excellent explanation of the difference between how the wealthy view our economy and how the working man does. The wealthy view the economy positively because the stock stock market is great (and voted for Harris) and the working man views the economy as determined by inflation and therefore negatively (and voted for Trump). Very insightful!

Excellent presentation. However, do NOT blame the old people. Have you seen older houses with ONE car garages (that's because IF they had a car, they only had one). IF they had a phone, it was one centrally located in the house. Not everyone even had a TV. Mom's cooked everything from scratch. And on, and on with the different life style of OLD Folks. They did without, so they could afford to live. They saved so they could keep their kids afloat during the disastrous economic downturns. (OK I'll get off my soapbox).

Why call economic data “nonsense?” Dumb statements like that erode your brilliance..”Excess savings” is income to Americans which exceed their debt payment and necessities; it typically goes I more consumerism. Me? I invest in Schwab ETF , my daughter and her three adult college student children.
@Junzar569 сағат бұрын
How about manipulated economic data is nonsense? When someone gives “data” on anything I want to know where the data came from, who is pushing it, why they collected it, when someone gives me data that doesn’t jive with reality it is suspect.
@jaytigra22343 сағат бұрын
Your right about the today being more like the gilded age compared to the roaring 20'. Google-AI says: "Both the Gilded Age and the Roaring 20s were periods of significant economic growth and technological innovation. However, the Gilded Age was more focused on the rise of industry, the exploitation of labor, and political corruption, while the Roaring 20s emphasized consumer culture, the growth of mass media, and social change. Both periods also experienced inequality and social unrest, though the forms and impacts of these challenges differed. Ultimately, the Gilded Age laid the groundwork for much of the economic growth and social change of the 20th century, while the Roaring 20s marked a peak of cultural and economic exuberance, followed by a dramatic crash that led to the Great Depression." Today we have rich people receiving most of the benefit. The stock market is mostly the money of about %11 percent of the U.S population.

I understand the sentiment but it's not that financial politicization means the money is stagnant because there is no reason to invest in American infrastructure, to the contrary many companies would like to invest here, but being a reserve currency means that we are always in demand so it is always more expensive to export our goods in dollar terms. So unless we can have a really big competitive advantage with a large markup the industry will not live here. So the jobs are atrophied while those who mediate gain. But that reserve value being used for transactions isn't a free lunch. Borrowing *has to* be funded by real savings/production. You cannot borrow something that was not produced. You cannot lend something into existence. Fiat fractional reserve banks might make this seem possible, but it’s not. They “loan” purchasing power by debasing the currency. So until Americans are OK with taxes funding all of the obligations and reforming/reducing entitlement programs until it is within the means to fund through taxes we will continue to see this happening.

Never mind the $1,400.00 stimulus. The millions of people who refinanced their homes and received tens of thousands of dollars in equity that many went out a blew, is eventually going to hit them when (not if) that money runs out but the payments keep coming due each month. Not to mention that they probably owe more on their homes now than what they could sell their home for on the market today.

I believe the main reason we go bull and bust is that the financial community, and people in general do not understand math. Investors, city managers, policy makers, CEO, etc. all shoot for increases of the economy based on percentages. What they don't understand is that when you grow by a percentage, year after year, you are raising exponentially. You will eventually hit what is called an asymptote, where the growth line approaches the vertical, which is physically impossible. Bust! It happens every time. Look at the prices of ski tickets. If they didn't have seasonal deals, the ski industry would collapse, because people don't think a day of skiing is worth $300.00. We should grow percentage wise for a few years, but then level of at a level at say 3% of the third year, or fifth year (whatever, just not continuous) from that point forward, and avoid the busts.
