@@CampingwithSamBananas If you ever find yourself up near Mount Rainier national park area, there is a road called Skate Creek Rd near ashford . I have been camping there since I was a kid. There are tons of spots right off the Nisqually river. It’s not a campground it’s just spots that people of built and you’re allowed to camp there. Beautiful camp sites. Thanks Sam

When cooking the foil packs shovel some coals on top of the pack and it will cook twice as fast and more evenly.

One thing I love about Sam he just goes camping and have fun mistakes and all. With regular camping gear non of this overpriced stuff you see on most channels. I know all of the sponsorships and pushing the high priced push is coming eventually but we love it here right now

That's a nice peaceful place to camp. I just got back from staying in a rustic cabin for 2 nights in a state forest. I ate some good food and drank some good coffee and relaxed. It rained but wasn't cold and my fire stayed lit. Keep the videos coming.

Great video, Sam. I've made hobo meals like that with great success! Rather than butter, use Italian salad dressing. The oil seems to cook the contents of the packet quicker, without burns or sticking. Also, the flavor is amazing. Rock on, dude!

Dude yeah I hear you! When I started I was more drawn to winter/snow camping. I still love that, but after really getting prepared for rain camping, it's actually a ton of fun. I love it! And no one else is out usually. You should try it.

Hi Sam... 1st comment for me. Try Foggy Mountain Whiskey. It's made here in Michigan (Boyne City). They have a few flavors (I'm a fan of the salted caramel). It's great stuff. Great videos! I especially enjoyed watching your last canoe trip. A few of us hope to go to Tahquamenon Falls again in February this year for the lamp lit snowshoe walk and camping at the lower falls park.
