For toiletries, they have all of the standard amenities: soap, shampoo, conditioner and they actually also provide additional items like a basic dental and shaving kit. Soap is Persea and the additional kits are Lavarino!

Yeah that is tough to say! Typically January / February are busy times but it is a large property!

Haha it was dreary for sure but we actually had a really nice time! We probably made it look like more rain than it was and there was plenty of time to enjoy the resort!

I just came from Cancun, I went to riu peninsula, I wanna go here next year. I was just wondering if the all inclusive is the same as over there, where all the restaurants and bars were covered in the all inclusive part.

Yes, same thing here at the Hilton as well!

Are all the dining options by reservation only?

You can walk up as well but I think the main restaurants would typically have a wait. The buffet dinner does not take reservations. All of the reservations are free though!

I contemplating between beach palace and hilton mar caribe.. is hilton worth it?

We've never been to beach palace walnut really enjoyed our Hilton stay! Above average food, nice room, great staff, and the property was wonderful!

Is the pool heated?

No the pools aren't heated but they are all fairly shallow so they stay warm with the Cancun sun!
