Do you get static noise when using the radio ? Since installing mine the exact same way im getting static when using fm or am radio.

They say the headlights are negative triggered so you need to use relays to allow the low and high beams to work as factory? Have you made sure that the low and high beams work correctly? The video doesn't show the LEDs switch between low and high beams.

Yep they all work as they should. Is plug and play apart from the parker/driving lights, I address that in the video and how to wire it up. Also I do show the difference at the end of the vid with high and low beam.

@@-RossTheBoss On my 92 Base Shortbed I had to use relays if I wanted the Hi Beam indicator in the dash to turn on. Without these relays the hi and low beams would function, but the blue dash indicator light would not activate. Have you double checked that?

I just watched a video of a chap putting LEDs in an American 86 4x4 truck. He had to contact the light manufacture to get an additional adapter to the adapter that came with his kit. The reason he needed the additional adapter was when he turned on the brights the new LEDs turned off due to a double ground on the old headlights. The question is, does a Hilux have a double ground and did you need an additional adapter?

Nope, these were pretty much plug and play. As you can see the kit I used came with the adaptor needed to make the LED's work.

Did you follow all the steps? It's hard to know why it's not working for you without much info. But I'd recommend that you check your fuses, it's possible you shorted one out when putting the new lights in.

Try a polarity invertor, worked for me and they are about 20 bucks for two
