Dear Lord! GIVE HIM A BREAK! hes been out of stage for two years it happens to most preformers, it takes them a while to get back to their oldselves. From my personal point of view i still LOVED! this show one with all my heart, it has so much meaning after waiting for so long.. i Admit u can tell its been a while for them...but then again they are only human ♥ my favorite ones but still only human . ;) just give them the time to warm up =) U WILL BE SURPRISED ♥

Ville has REALLY shaped up with his live performances. Going from an old live video to this and he sounds so much better.

I was there. He was drunk, and couldn´t sing as well as past 4 years, when he was not drinking at all. I do hope that he wouldn´t start drinking allways before gigs, like he did at first years. He was SO GOOD alive when he didn´t drink. We´ve seen them several times, (my husband is even bigger fan than me), first time after first sigle. Still wait for new cd of course!!!

Hes only drinking odouls non alcoholic beer now and I saw Him 9-23-2013 and he sounded better than ever.m,the band was tight and amazing

I depends HOW OLD live videos. Those years after 2007, when he stopped drinking, he was singing so well live, that we were really disappointed to see him drinking again. He said sorry about it at local tv (all the media talked about him drinking again, even our main newspaper), but anyway. We would really love to see Ville singing sober again. If we would be sure, he would be sober at Ruisrock, we would buy the tickets right away.

Nice to hear. Must check your page. They had mixed Villes voice quite quiet, so the guitars and such sounded more loud. He had been drinking.. witch was sad, when we have seen him three times at that time he didn´t drink at all, diffence in the singing is huge! He said sorry about that in local media, but I hope he will also "learn´" from it, and not drink before going on stage.

When living in Finland, we have heard Ville drinking again for some months. So it wasn´t only this time. But still waiting for the new album of course! Just not sure, if we will go to see them at Ruisrock, if this goes like this.

People don´t hate him or HIm here. They just hoped he wouldn´t start drinking again, expesially before gigs. If we wouldn´t love their music, we wouldn´t care if he drinks or not ;)

We really hope he will sing sober again. But must say, that after paying most expensive tickets to Helldone ever, gas to drive to Helsinki, hotelroom etc.. we would have loved to see him sober. Let´s hope he will at least stop drinking during gigs again. He had said he is sorry about drinking too much before the gigs, at local media.

But if you have seen HIM from 2007 to 2010 you thought this is really a different man here. Those years he was best at stage. Drinking only energy drink and coffee. At 2006 we might have been the worst, when he went to clinic to get some help. We´ve seen HIM first time before first album, and many times after that, allways when possible.

Before to start saying "this is Awful" and things like that, you have to remember: the audio in this kind of places sucks the most of the time so, can´t judge until you already hear him in live. So, wait until the next concert in your country and breathe, please.

I agree, though we (or at least I) don't really know to what degree he is drinking. I mean, before he was a total mess with alcohol. He looked god awful wherever he was. He doesn't look so bad here, just a little old because...well he kinda is getting there. So, if he is moderating it then who are we to judge? If he starts looking trashy though I will get a little worried though. In the end it really is his decision though, I just want to enjoy his music while it is around.

Ville Valo have Severe Asthma, he's Allergic to animals, flowers ( pollen,) Chlorine, etc.; Ville says in recent interviews that he's still have Severe Asthma, he says he takes his Asthma medicine everywhere he goes.

Also, Asthma makes you appears drunk, too, I don't think Ville started drinking heavily again, he says " he only drinks occasionally since rehab. Ville stays in Asthma attack modes, Severe Asthma makes you appears drunk by the way you moves and sounds, because I have Severe Asthma, too, like my soulmate, Ville Valo, he bends over lots when he sings, he's in Asthma modes and he's extremely cute, too.
