Mujhe bohot hairani hai ki aap itni achi or informative videos banate ho but apke subscriber bohot hi kam hai, apki information exactly to the point hoti hai, and apka presentation bohot hi alag hai, bilkul calm hokar but very effective. FYI, that is officially called Torx screw bit(six sides), T60 means 14mm.

Hai Sir , I got himalayan 450 last month before first service their was some noise in handle bar cone issue I thought I showed to service center they have tightened the torque bolt on handle bar and marked with marker after that noise gone , after one month again some sound coming from handle bar don't know the issue while sudden breaking on front side the sound is coming the position on torque bolt not moved still in confusion cone set or something else. Are u getting some sound while doing sudden front brake ?

Try tightening the cone set once, i think the sound must be coming from there only, most of the case sound usually comes from this part only 👍HAPPY RIDING

Himalayan sucks bro...Cone set prblm is the major issue....you will end up spending money more than your service cost on cone set...I had a Himalyan 2018 model ,changed cone set more than 10 times in 5 year.I sold out the bike. One cone set will cost you 2k including labour charge may be more in this new model....

aap ek bar cone ko properly greasing kr ke tight kar lo , kyu ki company se grease na ke barabar dali jati hai , ni to pura cone kharab ho skta hai

He has not used digital wrench, he manually did until it is tightened.

@@abhisheksudheer2097 keeping a reading is always good, but tightening enough such that no issue turning the handle will also be fine. service centre people adjusted mine with digital wrench and told me I might feel the handle turning little bit tight, i felt bit stiffer than before but after few kms nothing noticable. Digital torque wrench is very costly I think around 10k.

Hi bro I have purchased same bike I have one issue that my bike is getting pulled to right side when i leave both hands from handle, and also in general it is getting pulled to right side . What can I do?

Don't worry, usually this problem arises from the cone set or handle bar, which can be easily rectified in service centre, but if it still not solved then you should also check the suspension right there. Stay tuned for more updates 🙏🙏

same issue, RE made me wait 4 weeks for this tool, serive center people knew this is the issue, but RE didnt allow them to make any changes until there team setup a meeting with me, also i have rusting issue in cataltic convertor, RE is going to replace it i a week, check urs also.
