Building the rocket launcher was a pain in the ass, totally. It required a lot of precision and patience, but once I gave it the special treatment it needed, final result turned out to be much more stable than yours. So not a spectacular design in that matter. As for scale - 35 is nowadays the standard for modern vehicles, so I'm glad it matches there. Definitely better situation than scale clusterfuck going around ww2

That's a neat little HIMARS. But I agree, 1/28 scale would probably be more suitable, especially since it would allow for an actual cab with an interior versus a solid block. The launcher assembly seems like it's almost too delicate for a set, and a larger scale would alleviate that too.

Totally agree with the scale being too small if the assembly is that unstable at builds end. And funny seeing the inclusion of a figure if he has no way of riding inside the vehicle. I will say the shaping around the cab though simple is super effective, and the door/window prints look fantastic. Here's hoping for a larger scale iteration down the road. Great opening animation.

Agree strongly. I would buy heaps more COBI if they released 1:28, but I haven't bought a cobi ground vehicle in over a year because all the recent ones are 1:35

1/35 fits better for wheeled vehicles like trucks and stuff. Tanks solely for 1/28. I use 1/35 trucks but 1/28 tanks and they look absolutely fine.

Ja, 1:28 ist schon nen geileres Format. Bin mit den 1:32/35 aber auch ganz zufrieden tbh. Was mich halt interessieren würde wäre der Drucker von Cobi. Das Füherhaus ist ja berserk-mode gedruckt. Unterschiedlichste Slopes in verschiedene Richtungen über diverse Ecken und Kanten und doch sieht es stimmig und gerade aus. Lego kann geradeso ne flache Seite bedrucken und Cobi haut sowas raus XD

die gedruckten Scheiben sehen einfach nach nichts aus. Da sollten die lieber dual molded nehmen oder es normal aus durchsichtigen Bricks bauen oder es sein lassen. Der UH-1wurde auch schon durch die gedruckten Scheiben ruiniert

of all 39 Himars systems sent to Ukraine one has been destroyed. Russia have lost most of the black sea fleet, been humiliated and currently their offensive is failing against one of the weakest nations in Europe. also dont talk about burning vehicles unless you wanna bring up the losses of t72, T80 and T90ms alongside everything else.

@@misterbreadman3469 those numbers are incorrect. Total hull losses of Himars systems is 1. 3 have been knocked out and are awaiting repairs. The rest of the fleet are in various stages of activity due to ammunition supply issues meaning outside of ATACMS they dont really have a use for them currently. Russian losses, and i mean total losses are exponential with an estimated casulty number of 500,000 with RU sauces stating it to be between 250,000 and 350,000. Due to the lies of both sides i would place that number somewhere in the middle. As for equipment losses and production numbers? The stock package of the T90m systems are still being produced at a rate to keep up demands in the crimean penisula, however models such as T72 and T80 are begining to dwindle in numbers leading to increased modifications to hulls see the "turtle tanks" currently in use. Total suspected losses of RU equipment stands at around 3000 hulls. I would pin that number closer to 2500 however stockpiles have shown noteable dimishment of older hulls such as T60 which have been seen in the hands of russian troops. Frankly, neither side is doing well. Russia has been caught with its pants down and Ukraine is drowning in supply issues. Losses on both sides are exponential however your Himars numbers are incorrect. One can only hope this conflict is resolved soon but if putin's victory day parade speech is to be believed it looks like the war may soon spread.
