You have to remember that Naruto had Kurama sealed into him and half of him at that. Himawari’s case is different as after Bayron mode destroyed all of Kurama’s chakra in Naruto he was reborn with the remnants of chakra he has left in Himawari. He literally says in the chapter “we are one body and one soul” meaning because he wasn’t sealed into her and reborn that his affinity with her is way higher than anyone else.

Honestly power level in Boruto is shit, it doesn't make any sense. Naruto and Sasuke went through entire arcs to get strong and to match the power of an Otsusuki and these 8-12 year young mofos beating them left and right and saying they have surpassed previous generations just because they got genetics is like joke on entire Naruto and Naruto: Shippuden series.

This is what happens when Jimchiriki breed. Naruto was a son of the nine-tailed fox jimchuriki and Himawari is a second generation daughter of the same jinchuriki. You could say that the breeding was perfect. We now have a third or fourth generation tailed beast child from the same tailed beast in the biology/ DNA. That has never happened before in ninja history. So it's no wonder that she is perfectly syncopated with it.

Kurama in canon is confirmed to be like a third parent to Naruto and thus Boruto and Hima This is literally how it works, this is why Naruto, Boruto, Himawari, and even Kin and Gin all have whiskers.. Naruto was conceived with some of Kuramas chakra since his mom was jinchuuriki, Boruto and Hima were also conceived with a double portion of Bijuu genetics since Naruto is jinchuuriki and he already has some kyuubi dna inherently, even kin and gin were able to assimilate some kyuubi dna into their own being after living in and eating out of Kuramas guts for a long time.

We saw glimpses of her latent badassery in some of the older clips, particularly the one when Boruto and Himawari were fighting over a stuffed doll and she unlocked Byakugan far earlier than expected in her rage, and then proceeded to punch Naruto in the balls so hard that KURAMA FELT IT. Now we have a new context for that clip: Kuruma: It seems...my heir...is going to be...spectacular...ow.
