@kngdomhearts13 Yuri translates to lily flower. But tends to be used to refer to woman/woman relationships... but in North America Yuri tends to dirrectly translate to lesbian... so sophiajane is right in saying "Princess Lily"

That's kind of the pop culture in Japan. Wearing very exuberant clothes with bright hair colors seems to be the fashion for men, though many female artists fall under this same stereotype. However, I've seen a lot more J-pop female singers that have very simple styles (Yuria, Hitome, Haruna). Don't quote me on this though, I only knew a few mainstream bands.
