Just got this display for my new Himiway Cruiser and honestly I'm a bit underwhelmed. I was expecting a bump in top speed, but only gained 2 mph over the stock display. I have the speed limit set to 56 mph (I know the bike won't go that fast). With the stock display, I could hit 25 mph. With this display, I'm at 27 mph. When I do a throttle pull with the back tire off the ground, it maxes at 26.2 mph. Based on other reviews out there, I was expecting between 30-35 mph. I do like the display but a bit disappointed with top speed. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I am trying to order the correct or compatible kd718 display for my 2021 Himiway step thru cruiser in order to "try" to make it go faster. From your website what do the numbers 22798, 26798, 23595, 26595 correspond to on my ebike? It seems that there are potentially two types on display units for my ebike.

Can I use a sensorless controller for a himiway 750 watt hub drive and that 718 display?

I have a used 750 watt himiway motor and controller, no display. I bought from a co worker after he had isse and the company sent him replacements. I think the hall sensor in the motor is bad can you fix this? How much is th 718 display?

Will this work on a 2022 Himiway Cruiser & Step thru? I just purchase these and was disappointed and the new limiter settings at 40km/hr max. I can only get about 22MPH at top speed. There is conflicting info out there about whether the controller limits the speed or does the display have control over the controller :)

I thought dakotapro gets these newer displays already and it's what someone else said. Because I commented on their display asking if it received more speed with this display and they said it comes with the bike

Anyone who is thinking about getting one of these display do it. I just got mine for a himiway zebra and I can get up around 33 to 35 mph. And there is other reason too.

Did it improve the sensitivity on the Zebra? My attack is slow on PAS. Takes 2 rotations to kick-in.

@@austingardner1068 no its still the same for me too. Just change the speed and stopped it from cutting out when reaching max speed.

Are you ghost pedaling at that speed? Or did you get a bigger gear in the front
