I agree 100%! Hinder is not the same without Austin. But, I can also see where on a decline with a band, wanting to put something out to put you back on top. Hate it that Hinder will never be the same again, but love to hear Austin’s voice again. Maybe one day, they’ll get together one more time before hanging it up all together. As everybody says, all good things must come to an end and they made a hell of a run. No matter what happens, Austin still is the voice of Hinder and in my eyes, always will be.

24:13 This one was also inspired by a magazine story, this go-around referring to Ke$ha, as she had recently blown up from her song TikTok that year. It also touches on the reality TV stars from MTV, hence the "you're the reason there ain't music on MTV" line

This was a great tour of the AJW days of Hinder. Thank you for putting this together. You are right, it's hard for any band to survive replacing their frontman. Austin was the 'voice' of Hinder. I wish they could have worked things out and continued to make great music, but it's great to see Austin back out there doing great things.

I am so glad you and many others still talk about and listen to Hinder, even though on compositional and lyric writing level it's very generic, very cheesy most of the time and they do repeat themselves quite a bit. That said, I LOVE Hinder so much, I just don't know what it is about their music that sticks out to me because objectively speaking there really is nothing special about it, but it just has that something that resonates with me. It's one of those things that I can't really defend when it comes to originality and complexity, but at the same time I just don't care, Extreme Behavior is my biggest jam ever, was my favorite record ever since when I was 16 and to this day I still can't name another album from which I can sing every line and hum every melody and it gives me pure joy. The hooks especially are just so infectious and fun, even though some of them are really fucking stupid like "she said she loved the taste of my oh oh", it's like I should cringe so hard to this, but I sing along to it and smile. It's kind of like Every Six Seconds, the music is so edgy and lyrics are so goddamn ridiculous, but I can't help but like it. Anyways, great video, keep this content up, you are one of the rarest people on yt who talks about this kind of music and I love it. Cheers!

AJW was Hinder…put them on fire! The other band members/friends should of stuck by him no matter what, but instead walked away…once Austin did not return I did not follow the band Hinder because it was not the same at all & I would never support them for turning their backs on him. It took Austin almost dying for 2 members of the band to reach out. Austin’s voice is a gift, he had fallen but picked himself up…he is healthy and working through his feelings of being Super Jaded! As all of Austin’s true fans that did not give up…he is back & needs all the support & love he so deserves 🖤

As others have said, Hinder's not the same without Austin singing. I have both of the albums with Marshall as the lead vocalist and there's some tracks I like, but I still prefer Austin's vocals more. It's a shame they'll never reconcile - the lawsuits are probably telling - because they had something special. They just sorta lost their way with Welcome to the Freakshow and Austin's breakdown and departure.

Definitely should've been put on a standard album release. Really showcases the 'forgotten' second side of Hinder.

@@FADEntertainment Agreed. All those bonus tracks from Take It To The Limit (excluding Live For Today) were incredible songs that needed to be on the album as official tracks. But of course, as if people weren't already flipping out on the album sounding different from Extreme Behavior, that'd probably just be icing on the cake with all of it

Unlike most I still continue to follow Hinder. No it’s not the same but they’ve continued to put out great material and still put on a pretty good show. I miss Austin but every band evolves. Even if Austin did return it wouldn’t really be the same because they’ve all aged and matured so their wild party days are over
