Generally big companies sponsor certifications to promote their employee as well as org skill growth. As such there is no criteria. But, yes the certification should match with the current skill of the employee and should go down with the future path.

Thanks a lot mate. Yes there are less no. of remote jobs in cybersecurity compared to dev as companies don't trust candidates much in this area. People can pretend to be whitehat and can cause damage to organization. You know what i mean. Anyway there are specific keywords using which jobs can be searched. I will make videos on process of finding cybersec jobs, resume creation etc. Hope this help!
