There are hardwares related changes that your pc not recognize, try to change battery again buy a compatible battery for cmos. Unplug some devices and check like hdd, fan, odd etc. If you have another power supply that can be used to check. Buy only good power supply like cooler master, corsair etc.

You have to buy a graphics card that is older and having compatibility with pci slot. You can contact with any desktop repair shop for second hand graphics card. Otherwise replace motherboard, cpu, and ram for new one. All cost for around 15-20 k for ryzen 3 or core i3.
