Getting traffic to such sites is again a challenge because as I said there is no scope of putting anything new, unique, or valuable.

Hi, The best way to remove pages has 2 parts. 1) use removal tool in google search console to remove that url temporarily and then 2) add no-index directive on those pages directly. Don't use robots.txt for step 2. Deleting those pages might cost you useful links and create broken links error on your multiple pages so better option is to remove them from Google index.

@@kavitakathuria1847 If you remove the page, you will lose any backlink that you have because of that page. Ranking pages usually have a good amount of backlinks so by removing those pages you will lose backlinks and your overall SEO will take hit. You can use 301 redirects to a new page ONLY if it has the same or updated content. If it is a totally different page then Google will see it as suspicious behavior and it might affect your website negatively.
