new players should chose Mavuika instead of Arlecchino because Arlecchino can't be a support, building arlecchino is hard & Have to maintain high crit rate & Mavuika easy to build because 4 piece obsidian codex gives 40% crit rate , can be used as support & can utilize cinder city set also provide buffs for the team that's why Mavuika is better choice for f2p & new players then Arlecchino needs high investment for the dmg output

Yess you should definitely go for mauvika....as you can build her as dps or sub dps and if you are really confused that how u gotta build her for the sub dps performance then watch my mauvika build guide it will help you🤗
