Sri guru shares so many things in a concise manner as always, "they want the fruits, without the roots"... This reminds one of what he said earlier "develop shakti, become undeniable" but really the host was a big let down. I mean initially I thought it was a internet issue causing some lag , but by the end I was like "what the ..... 😐 So many times...? this is not right at all on her part. its outright disrespectful to behave in such a manner with anyone, but more so with a Guru.

A point that Sri Guru makes here, which barely anyone else ever cares to speak about, is that the anti-hindu & anti-hindutva lobby sitting outside Bharat spearheaded by professors and the like, in big universities abroad, are a full bunch of morally depraved people! I am not exactly quoting his words but he mentions this which I feel needs a full episode altogether to get a glimpse into a various motivations behind this lobby besides their sheer hatred towards Hindu culture. Jainism is not Buddhism, Shaivism is not Vaishnavism, advaita is not dvaita, ganapatyam is not Skanda, Shaktism is not Caruvakism, and so on, but all put together is Hinduism! Therefore, a Hindu is ignorant of all parts of the Hinduism, the Supreme Court defines it as "a way of life," and knows nothing about purushartha - dharma artha kama moksha- and think dharma is religion, and because purushartha and its components, especially dharma, is not understood, the Hindu doesn't have religion as declared by the SC!

Namaste Poojitha, with all due respects I have come from seeking spirituality to respecting rituals. Even now I appreciate rituals but I have poor discipline. However, I have decolonize myself enough to homeschool my daughter, insist on Bharatiya bhaashas at home, have never wanted to move out of Bharath, and much more. I am understanding a lot of the rituals through the dharmic viewpoint, attend bhagwad geeta classes every day in Sanskritam. However, I know Hindus who are super ritualistic but don't know anything about Bhagwad Geeta or Vedas, wish for their kids to be spouting English and wanting to be amongst the Western Elites, heck I know communists who worship Devis. So I am not sure all ritualists have dharma in mind

Well said. Jai Sanatam Dharma. I told the young brahmin that invited me to the Simhasta Kumbh Mela to forget the West & follow the Dharma. Religion comes from the Latin religio, which means to re-link. It is a root term which is cognate with Yoga. "I am spiritual, but not religious." Is a term that is used a lot in the West. That because Western religion has been used for millennia for political purposes (Thanks to Roman emperors, starting with Constantine the Sun worshipper). You cannot mix the histories of the West and India in the same manner. The Sanatan Dharma is Unity in Diversity. The Western religions have never been about that! This is the problem that arises when you use western arguments in a dharmic milieu!!! The Sanatan Dharma's greatest enemies hate Unity in Diversity!!! They only want their religion and nothing else! Why did the Sanatan Dharma survive a millennia of oppression??? These arguments only corrode the Sanatan Dharma from the inside out.

I live in West and most of my Christian friends don’t like to identify with the institutional Christianity which had a colonial past, but they see the value of the teachings of Jesus in the western civilisation. I just wish Sriguru was allowed to speak in full flow without any casual interruptions. I understand the urge to buttress some of his points by interjecting unintentionally, but that urge should be avoided. Questions to the speaker- 1) Why Devata needs to be worshipped at all if Advaita says all is one, there's no plurality at all? 2) If Devatas get angry when not worshipped, are they actually gods? Because, in my understanding, god is without any tamsik virtues. 3) Rituals can be a way but shouldn't be the only way in my understanding so far.
