@@baigmirzahamza1836 brother Islam emphasizes restraint yet can talaq in a minute and gives men the license to marry as many as they want or willing to! By the way the advice given in this video is not for Grihasth but someone who is transitioning to be a Zuhd, an ascetic. For the grihasth, chastity is taught in bhagavad gita and all text books. Kama sutra is for when you do it, how to do it. If there is say a recipe book in making desserts/sweet written by a chef, should not there also be a doctor writing a book to limit your sugar intake? Are both contradictory? I don’t think so. When you do, what you do with perfection. That does not mean, Hinduism tells its people to adopt fidelity, and 24/7 sexual thoughts! As well, hinduism is just a cluster of multiple systems. I myself dont understand or appreciate other practices and beliefs by other segments of people. Anyway, it is all one and the one is everything, we can call by any name.

I worked on a deeper identitification with myself that lies within rather than the desire kind of things that come only from outside interactions. Slowly I felt no need to eliminate these distant outside disturbances but to better ignore or accept by will. The chemistry with Maya from such distance appear rather interesting and entertaining and not disturbing... I thank to Guru tatwa for this...

Yes,this lust is very powerful and dangerous for a person treading upon the spiritual path.When it comes,it comes very boldly and with a very strong force.At that time,it becomes very hard to preserve the Bramhacharya. This video will surely help us people in our fight against lust.Although,I must say that listening to the struggle of a sadhaka against his lust is very beneficial for us in fighting against our own lust.But,there wasn't enough experiences from the sadhaka in the video.Just 2-3 instances,I would like if you share more life stories of sadhakas who fought against this lust very bravely as this will also show us that we are not alone in this.Thank you🙏. 🪷🪷🪷जय श्रीराधाकृष्ण🌺🌺🌺

As a western artist this has been on my mind. The objectification of women in a patriarchal society is extremely harmful to both men and women. Through studying the natural world particularly plants ive come to see us differently. I do not wish to overcome my attraction to women, only to strongly expel any impure thoughts that stray from true love and compassion. Our bodies are sacred, and in my life, i choose to be in the embrace of the divine feminine spirit, both inside and out. Whatever your way of life, peace is the solution for all. 💚
@HinduismAsItIsАй бұрын
Thanks for sharing your inputs. Peace indeed, is the solution for all. 🙏🏻✨

@HinduismAsItIs thank you. I have a very deep reverence for hindu culture and spiritual world view. Today is my Irish-American grandmother's funeral service. She was 102 when she passed and a spiritual center of our family. Blessed divine feminine spirit heart. One love 💚
@michele0194Ай бұрын
Why did you say a patriarchal society objectifies women? Are you referring to "patriarch" in its etymology, where "patriarch" could imply elite dynastic families ruling over all? Or do you mean "patriarch" in the modern sense of a male father-figure leader? However, strong, loving father figures do not objectify; this is what weak or perverse men do. Wouldn’t you agree that physical or carnal attraction is someone operating within the lower three chakras, or in psychological terms, within the lower levels of Maslow's hierarchy of needs? Wouldn't someone operating at the higher levels look beyond the carnal, physical nature of the world? Do you aim to embrace only the feminine divine? Doesn't this suggest an imbalance-a disruption of internal peace and a rejection of part of oneself? How can one truly achieve enlightenment while choosing to reject or hide from one aspect of themselves (the masculine) within the world? I'd love to hear your thoughts, as your statement truly perplexes me. 🤗🙏🙏
@delarboles197Ай бұрын
@michele0194 Thank you for your thoughtful questions. A patriarchal society is a social system where men hold primary power and dominate roles in political leadership, moral authority, social privilege, and control of property. This kind of system means that men often have authority over women in public and private spheres. This imbalance leads to weakness and perversion throughout society. Not a strong fabric of loving father figures. I do not agree that our biological design for physical attraction is isolated to the lower levels you defined. I believe that the true nature of the mind is in a state of dependent arising and shared bliss in this experience of interconnectedness. No, I do not aim to embrace only the divine feminine. The embrace includes the divine masculine in harmony. Within the concept of rematriation is repatriation. A coming together in love and compassion for peace inside and out. An inclusive structure of unity. This is not a goal of personal enlightenment but rather knowing that all sentient beings practice profound transcendent wisdom. This is shared genetically in our oneness with the ancient trees that have both male and female flowers at the end of a thousand branches of compassion with the potential to create infinite seeds of life. There are 2 branches on the tree of health and disease. When we are in health and harmony, we produce the fruit together. We are from a world where plants and animals are people. This concept can be confusing. I often get "people forget we are animals." Yes, this is true, but im reversing the circulation. All sentient beings have personhood deserving of moral consideration. It may be debated in the scientific community. However, there is no question in my mind that plants are sentient beings with profound intelligence. This sentiment encourages us to rethink our relationship with the natural world and consider more ethical ways of interacting with plants and animals alike. We are one. Our inner flame is that of the flame of the universe, of which we are all in the embrace of this greater cosmic dance.

One question - In karma yoga we say offer all the fruits of your action (karma phala) to God and be load free. But how to offer the fruits of your karma to God ( be it virtue or sin)? Are there any ritual or rules & regulation?
@HinduismAsItIsАй бұрын
You have to mentally offer the fruits of karma. Do the action as per your dharma (dharma is based on one's varna, ashram, situation etc.) and don't retain the desire of karmafala. In short, don't selfishly expect any gains and do your karma as service to Lord, for Lord's satisfaction only.

Thanks for this good video. I have a question, is this the same teaching in Buddhism?
@HinduismAsItIsАй бұрын
Although Self-Enquiry, which Swami recommends, is mainly focusing on "I am" feeling/thought - is found in Jnana marga of Hinduism, but similar variations of this teaching where attention is not directed to external objects could be there in Buddhism, Yogic schools and other sects for sure.

I think by becoming sensitive to everything and living in now. We can subside ego. No need to surender to God. As there are complications and mechanisms in achieving simplicity and surrender. No kindness can be achieved by being attentive.

Its seems to be a part of knowledge not whole as world and body is regulated by dharma, adharma and karma which cannot be ignored for long.

How to deal with emotional pain,trauma anger etc in a day to day life of samsaric jeevan yet being detached and do our duties .....though we are knowing things by grace of Ramana Maharshi .....it's very challenging and difficult as Maya enters in our life faster than the speed of light....is possible only through sadhana ? please give us light on this 🙏

Namaste! Sadhana is the way. Practice yamas, niyamas and maintain sattvic and disciplined lifestyle will full determination. Keep doing naam japa with bhakti, everything will gradually become good. 🙏🏻😇

All these emotions are like detection they are signs of life, no problems at all. How comes one wants to get rid of all the good stuff? Laughs and tears are wonderful, trust and fear are wonderful, all aspects are wonderful. It is your mere, one sided judgement, which turns it all into crap! And that you call spiritual? 😂😂😂

@@JH-bf6qy The questioner is not asking to get rid of emotions...but emotional pain and trauma. Don't confuse the two. Nobody finds the trauma or pain as good.

It once occurred to me that "sexuality is the ultimate expression of the ego". If you think about it, when all else fails the ego uses sexuality as a hook to catch you with.
