It's not "Atari"...it's "Attic", every house in German, Britain/UK or US have Attic in their house. I know this story, it was really a supernatural thing. Andreas Gruber and his families heard many things, even their kids and family member got sick every now and then. They saw footprints coming but never it going away. When member of the family got sick, even the doctor can't see or find any problem regarding their sickness, they even called people like Psychic to see or find any supernatural things. Sometimes, I think this farm house belong to the man, who don't want to have this farm house to anyone and thinks the house only belongs to him. I thinks he (the killers) was already hiding in their house from the da, they saw the foot print coming to the house. I also think the Farm house real owner, may have got evicted or his farm house was taken by the Bank because they couldn't pay back the bank and now he really wants no one to own his farm house. As far as I know, the family before Gruber family who owns the farm house, also runs out of the farm house because of hearing strange noises and were too afraid and left the house. The detectives did everything they could, I totally understand the detectives, it was impossible to find the killer, there was no clues left behind.
