I am completely new when it comes to Slayer's music. I hadn't even heard of them before you guys had suggested them. This song was a weird one, the sounds are heard were expected and unexpected at the same time. I can't wait to dive into more of their music.
Here is my reaction to hearing Slayer - Raining Blood for the first time. I hope you all enjoy it!

This entire album shocked the metal world with its ferocity when it came out. This album put Slayer on the map in a big way. Since you are a fan of rap, this album was produced by the legendary rap producer Rick Rubin. Many metal heads of that generation (myself included) consider the next album after this, "South of Heaven", to be their greatest work and one of the greatest of all time. Back to Reign in Blood, if you listen to the opening track "Angel of Death", imagine the look on our faces when we as teenagers heard this for the first time, lol. Back in those days, it was common to listen to entire albums since digital media wasn't as common. Please do some reactions off of South of Heaven; every song is first rate metal and legendary Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo puts on a clinic throughout.

Slayer is way more intense than most other thrash bands, like Metallica. They are in my top 5 of all time. If you want to check out some of their more groovy tracks, try South of Heaven, Postmortem, or Seasons in the Abyss. If you want your face blown off, try Angel of Death.

Slayer always had a lot of punk influence in their sound. Fast and relentless. Metallica had the classic galloping chug, Megadeth was technical brilliance, and Anthrax felt like they were having the most fun of the Big 4, like party thrash.

I wouldn't class Metallica as a thrash band any more. Downward slope since Justice. More like commercial radio rock

First video of your's I've watched. I've seen Slayer live a few times, every time better than the last. Ironically, Reign in Blood was the first song I ever heard by them and the first album I bought by them. Keep on exploring and reacting, there's a lot out there.

I saw them live three times on the tour supporting this album, and those shows still rank as some of the best I’ve ever seen. I still listen to this album and “South of Heaven” regularly, even though my musical tastes have expanded from exclusively metal over the last three decades.

You having not heard of Slayer almost breaks my heart. Of course, I'm a hardcore Slayer fan so I just let out a maniacal laugh! They've never changed who they were, never sold out, and stayed hard all the way to the end. Slayer is my number 1 band of all time. I've seen them in concert several times and they never disappointed! Listen to Disciple or South of Heaven next.

Think this is the most honest reaction vid I've ever watched. I've not laughed like that in a while. Bro, when we heard Slayer for the 1st time we ALL had the same reaction. Riff sounds familiar perhaps because it was used on an AO advert a couple of years back (madness to think that though). Also another of their riffs ('Angel of Death') was sampled by Public Enemy on 'She watch channel zero'. AND to add to the crossing over of genres Public Enemy re-recorded 'Bring the Noise' with another one of the 'Big 4' of thrash; Anthrax.
