Regarding the "lawsuit"... there was never an actual lawsuit filed... as Oli twitted the other day, after obvious Nihilist Blues / Never Go Back similarity, their managers exchanged phonecalls, and Amy said they can just put her in song credits, no need for other actions, as she is a huge fan. Its actually not uncommon for labels to be the ones suing over copyright violations and the artists not even knowing about or don’t have a choice in the matter since depending on their contracts often labels have more rights to artists music than the actual artists.

This song is so gorgeous, and placed at the end of the album, it feels like a cliffhanger as it fades at the end, it's a masterpiece. Especially the message behind it (I won't repeat it, every second comment is explaining it :D) But most haunting?
