those drums sound absolutely gorgeous! how do you get sounds like that??

thanks! i rely on chopped breaks sometimes and then pushing them slightly into red gives it the sound that I'm looking for most of the time. lots of layering of different sounds too. also sampling them into the ASR at double speed and then pitching them down.
