I love doing hip key. It’s a basic move, and it’s basically one of the main moves. Like a foundation move. Most people who do silks can do it and as soon as you get it it’s simple. I still love it tho, cause you can just hang there.

I've been doing aerial for 3 years and still can't hip key. I watched a different video that said if you can't invert you can't hip key. I sadly can do neither. I even screw up the from russian version.
