✅ yay done!!!!! Thanks for stretching today :) absolutely, it’s normal to have a good side a bad side for some of the stretches~ just give your less flexible side more care by holding just a little longer, breathing more deeply etc! Happy to hear that these are helping you! 😄

@@JourneytoMobility Everybody's voice is important, free Palestine from the terrorisst occupiier israel, to israel supporters :There was no hamaaas 75 years ago, and 15000 Palestinans were kiiiled and 700000 Palestinan were displaceddd by israel. Israel started an offensive war by occupyingg Palestine 75 years ago. And for 75 years israel keep on expanding more, destroying more families and homes, and oppress the Palestinians, imprison them for trivial reasons, now if you were a Palestinan what would you do, would you love israel or resist, and i guess you know the difference between the offensive war and the defensive one. Zionism doesn't relate to Jewish. Zionism is terrorismm. In your pov, anybody who become Jewish should go to Palestine and kick a Palestinan family out of their home and take it beacuse he became jewish ? Or should all Christians go and live in betlahm ? And all muslims should go and live in saudi arabia ? And if you don't know those Palestinans who live in Palestine were jews and when jesus came som of them became Christians, and when islam came some of them became muslims, and they were all living together before 1900. Do you support israel in Occupyinng Palestine for 75 year ? Oppressing Palestinians for 75 years ? Imprisoninng Palestine children for indefinite time for trivial reasons ? Starting offensive war on Palestine by occupyingg it before there was haamas ? And if you would think that u are funny and say what is Palestine and there was no such country, well there was Palestine under british mandate as most of countries at this time which were under british or french mandate, there was Palestine with its currency, citzens and their id, with its borders, with its capitall Jérusalem, Palestine that before 1900 their citzens were living together as muslims, Christians and jews, Palestine that welcomed jews refugees who came from europe, those refugees who purchased properties in Palestine that didn't exceed 6 %in 1946,and btw foriegners purchasing properties is legal in all countries but that doesn't mean that they can occupppy it and ethnicaally cleanse it of its citzens. Or maybe kkilling more than 15000 Palestinan in 1947and 1948 ? Or maybe displacing 700000 Palestinans in 1948 before haamaas was even founded and destroying their villages and homes ? The famous park in tel aviv, on what was it constructed ? Or maybe bombinng gaza and killlinng Palestinans in 2021,and in the beginning of 2023 more tha 220 Palestinan were kkilled in gaza, Jérusalem and west bank before 7 octoberrr? Or maybe kkiling and still kkilling Palestinans since 7 oct by bommbing them, aka by burrning them alive,bec this is what a bommb does it burrns the boody alive ? Or maybe by calling Palestinans less important than animals ? Or maybe by dropping an imagination of a developped city built after gaza is completely destroyeed ? Or maybe kkiling more than 30000 Palestinan that aren't hamass members including more rhan 11000 baby ? If you were Palestinan, would you love israel ? You if you live now in israel then know that the home you are living in now is the same home that a family was kicked out off, or maybe was kkilled in ? When you are enjoying electricity and water now that Palestinans now can't find neither electricity nor water, remember that the patients are doing surgeries with no anesthetic, remeber that Palestinan women are delievering babies in caeserean section with no anesthetic ? Remember that they are cold now in this cold weather and rains. There must be ceasifirre now !! You make yourself believe that you aren't wrong, and that israel is the victim, and this is just denial, you can't endur that guilty feeling so you are in denial.. So what is your fault, your fault is that you are leading yourself to helll, because even if you enjoy a happy, safe, powerful life for 100 years, you will diie and thesee crimmes you are committing or supporting won't get you anywhere but helll. Is the baby or innocent beiing bommbed is the same as israel who is bommbing him, will they be both in heaven. You aren't God’s chosen people or even Jewish, you are committing crimes and put it under the name of religion, the sicth commandant of the 10 commandants, don't kkill, and the eigth don't still, exodus 20-15. In every religion there is a religios and a terrorisst committting horrific crimes and put it under the name of religion. Israel the terroorist Zionist doesn't relate to Jewish. Zionism doesn't relate to Jewish. Zionism is terrorismm. God's chosen people don't do that, only pharoah, hitler and satan would be happy with what israel has done and still doing, they will have a company of israel and its supporters in hell. You can see the smile on Palestinians (that didn't kkill or stole a home) when they diee or lose everything, they are patient beacause they know where they are going, this mortal world God descended Adam on it as a punishiment, then you can imagine how beautiful heaven will be. Don't be Adam's son who kiilled his brother, don't be pharoah, don't follow satan. You still have the chance to decide where you want to be in hell or in heaven

HAPPY DAY 2 or WEEK 2! 🔥💓- You've made it.. THAT IS AMAZING - Be proud of yourself!! Concur this challenge one day at a time even💕 if you don't have specific "goals" in mind yet. *TIPS FOR THIS WEEK - Notice & Celebrate your Small Wins!! 🎉🎉 Focus on breathing, this is super important for stretching because it tells our bodies and minds to relax which allows our muscles to lengthen. A big part of stretching is IN THE MIND. When we think we can't do the stretches or that we're not flexible, it's our brain trying to protect us. Slowing down our breathing helps to tell our brains it OKAY to move.* As always, happy to hear from you in the comments below! Let me know if you've learned anything / how the challenge is going for you 💛💛

I'm a couple years late to your 30 day challenge, but two days in and I'm really appreciative of these movements before bed and after I wake up. Thank you!

I've been so frustrated with videos that claim to be for beginners, gentle, easy, etc. that are anything but those things. Maybe easy for someone who is already strong and flexible, but not for a true beginner who is out of shape, dealing with disease processes or recovering from an injury, etc. I was able to do all of these stretches! I appreciate that there's not a lot of moving around or weight bearing maneuvers as that type of routine isn't accessible to me right now. I subscribed and will be checking out all your videos. Thank you!

I've been looking into learning how to properly stretch my hips for a few weeks now, and even the basic stretches I've found so far helped quite a bit - but this video, damn. Thank you very much for uploading. It's not even about being stretchy but the freedom of movement that comes along with it. I'm looking forward to incorporating these stretches in my daily routine of "stretching whenever I feel like I've been sitting in front of a screen for long enough." As shit as the whole stay at home thing has been, I'm not looking forward to working at an office anymore. Mainly because it'd be totally weird if i stood up for a break to do some stretches in the middle of the day.
@JourneytoMobility3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment!!! I appreciate it! I'm so happy to hear that this video helped you out. 100000% agree, by sitting... we lose gradually lose this freedom of movement, by stretching we can gain it back and more!! Haha definitely - I used to be the weird one stretching at the office, my coworkers would join me (realizing how stiff they were) and their encouragement was part of the reason I started this channel :). This seems like the perfect time for you to build a regular stretching routine 🤗!
