Thank you so much this was exactly what I needed. Been feeling back pain as I am on my feet a lot, and knew it was related to my hammies and hips being so tight... What a deep release I felt during this practice! I felt so peaceful at the end I nearly nodded off during savasana... and it's 10 am here in Québec. 🤣 Words cannot express how much I appreciate you for sharing your yoga and for hearing the beautiful birdsongs during my practice with you. ❤

Super calming super beautiful. Thank you. And I always love the sound of nature around you. You coulld even leave the video on for another hour so that we could stay with the beautiful sounds after a beautiful practice.

Perfect practice for early Sunday morning to peacefully and with inner strength move into last weekend day. This was my first time doing that active pigeon pose variation - wow that was strengthening and cool! Thank you! 🙏☀

This was a beautiful flow. First time since giving birth 8 months ago I was able to get into the flow….my hips are thanking you and so am I!!! Thanks for 40 minutes of peace during nap time 💕
