Living the quarantine life means we can be sitting more than usual so spend 10 minutes to open up your hips with these stretches.

Hold each position for ~1 minute per stretch or side:

Butterfly Stretch
Frogger Stretch
Leg Cradle Stretch
Pigeon Stretch
Middle Split Stretch
