This video was clutch for me. At the end of 2022, I bought a stag arms, three gun competition rifle (mainly for it being left handed) it came with this trigger in it after talking with the company I realize that I could convert the safety from 90° to about 60°. When trying to do so, I realized pretty quickly that I couldn’t get the safety barrel out without doing something funny with the trigger, and since it was the first time I had bought an AR I basically said screw it I’m gonna leave it where it is, after looking around for a while, I stumbled upon this video, and within 10 minutes (and many months of tinkering to figure out how everything worked) I was able to realize what I needed to do to make that safety change happen. As soon as I got things kind of to the point where I knew what was going on, I realize that the forward controls designs ambi mag release and rearward based bolt release needed to be removed to access the front trigger pin lmao😂. it went from a quick five minute thing to a 45 minute saying pretty quickly. Thanks again for this video, it was really helpful!

Happy to hear it. I did this video because I received a desperate phone call from a Tactical Games competitor in their hotel room trying to get their fun running. I walked her through it. I think she came in high lady at that match too.

Exceptional video. Never mind the ? that bitched about the "OKs". I had to R&R, to put the red trigger shoe on, because the trigger guard is fixed on my particular rifle. But it took me no more than 2 minutes because of your guidance. EEZY PEEZY.

Wouldn't the grease attract dirt and gun powder residual ?
@seanmtactical60693 жыл бұрын
Not really. If you slop it on all over the sear and hammer and the springs, ya, it'll be an issue. This is just a small amount on a piece inside of a fairly closed rotating cam. It needs lubricant and one that will stay in place.

@@seanmtactical6069 so two quick questions sir the grease on the pins that hold the trigger and hammer in place have you ever had pins walk out because or the lubrication? So the hammer spring sits on the cutouts of the pin that holds the trigger in place?
@seanmtactical60692 жыл бұрын
@@gaylecoombs5510 No. The spring tension on a proper trigger and J spring in the trigger are more than adequate to hold the pins in place when lubed. The hammer spring leg sits in the divot in the pin and retains it.

Sorry about that. Some of my videos are not as polished as others. Give it a shot sometime. Video yourself explaining something and then review it. I bet you will be less critical afterward. As you have no videos on your channel, I suspect you don't have any insight into the video making process. Some just come out better than others.
