The choreography of replay got me into K-Pop and I'm in love with SHINee ever since I discoverd them in 2014. In every SHINee choreo I find something what puts me in awe and I love watching them dance as much as I love their singing. They have a special kind of magic, that makes me feel incredible happy and somehow I consider them as a part of my family, which I always feel connected to.

You should watch their performance on amusic show where minho broke the mic stand in pieces and all of SHINee flawlessly get rid of the mic parts while not missing a beat. After that they had to buy titanium mic stands... you know the unbreakable type lol

They are really the king of recoveries. In a way it was fortunate that it broke right before the point where Jjong didn't have a real need for the stand (as it was his solo part in the middle). Thanks to his quick thinking Minho didn't have to perform with an imaginary mike stand 😅

Yesssss, the Dream Girl choreography is so seamless, has so much details, and flows so well as a whole with the song. Sometimes I forget to notice when they are moving the mics around for each other, such as before Jonghyun's run towards the last chorus.

Choreo wise they were and still awesome!! Dreamgirl is such a fast-pace jam. Taemin was everywhere... arrrghh!! Sliding and gliding and that turn across the floor!! Jjong's high notes and voice with the dancing... Onew's voice with the dancing and he didn't forget to smile everytime!! Key's singing and dancing with that few secs solo. Minho's rap and singing while dancing and they were all taking care of the mic stand!! It was so epic. I had the same feeling when i first watched it. I didn't know what to watch first. Just so adventurous about their fashion... they were/are trendsetters. Did you notice Taemin's pencil pants? The patterns and colors mix and match were so brave. I am just so in love with them. The song is called "Dream Girl" so the whole MV is a dream sequence. That is why the set looks like the room has been tipped on its side. It's also why the one set has the floor behind them and it looks like they are dancing on the walls. That's why you see the video glitches and why they are jumping and falling from the ceilings and walls and why you see Onew roll down the wall, etc. Their outfits are mismatched patterns and styles -- and Taemin's pants have a No. 2 pencil design -- because it's a dream and not everything has to make sense in a dream. (This was another of SHINee's very iconic looks, and it's one of the things that makes SHINee, SHINee.) You can't see the girl's face because she is a "dream girl." It doesn't matter what she looks like because Shawols are SHINee's dream girls. So the girl represents all their fans. That is why all the scenes are the way they are because it's a dream so anything can happen. You should really check out their live stage for "Dream Girl" -- the mic stand choreography is legend and, like SHINee, it was so unique for its time and unlike anything anyone had done up until then. Just another example of what makes SHINee pure greatness and why they are considered one of the best when it comes to their vocals and dancing. :D There is even an iconic moment in one of their MCountdown comeback stages for "Dream Girl" where Minho's mic stand breaks in the middle of the dance and the way they all improvised and kept on dancing just shows how skilled and professional they are. Check out an episode of the variety show Beatles Code 2 where they talk about it. I love this episode of the show because it has so many iconic SHINee moments. I think you will enjoy watching it. I am completely spoiled by Shinee! They are the best! I am new to Kpop. I get bored watching other groups! I get into 20 seconds of other groups or solo’s and they don’t pass the grade! Taemin is captain of the mic and pole! Lol! I look like a fool with a big smile on my face watching this! I’m picturing them live! MONQ, you have said everything that I was thinking!
